Yes, I have encountered a handful of them all across Sirius, however there was nothing notable about any of the encounters. They have not sent any communications visible to me at any point. The few times I have seen them they have been either alone or in a pair, never accompanied by someone of a different IFF.

Is there anything about them that you would like me to look into?
