For years the Crayter Republic has been on the backfoot, constantly reacting to new tragedies at every turn. Knowing no peace even after seemingly finding a permanent home within Sirius. After the fires of war had seemingly died down we found an enemy busting down the door, bringing all of the Crayter Republic under threat of destruction. Unable to find allies who would actually help us in our time of need. Only those who wish to make us a pawn in a “great game” as a satellite state. After finally striking a deal of “scratch my back I'll scratch yours” aid has finally come in the form of Bretonia. The Republic can finally go from licking her wounds to actually healing. From acting in the present to preparing for the future. In time the gears of the sleeping war machine will turn once more, whispering out into the galaxy a single word. REMEMBER
With two foreign fleets protecting both sides of Crayterian borders. The 1st Combined Arms Flotilla and Battlecruiser Yellowstone. Crayter assets may be eased upon and focused in more critical areas in Tau-44 to increase the pace of rebuilding. Thus the “Redemption Directive” was initiated. The directive is composed of an assortment of operations to “redeem” Tau-44 and rebuild Crayters presence within.
Operations
Operation Bazaar(Minato Harbor)
Status--INACTIVE
Minato is the economic hub of the Crayter presence within the Taus. Bringing the valuable minerals found deep in the region to meet the civility of the houses, with vice versa to bring a more civilized life in the harsh environment many find themselves in the Taus. With partial repairs done with the extension of drydocks there is still work to be done. Such as re-establishing Bio-Domes on the station. In the future it’s expected “if you can’t find it here, then it isn’t worth finding”.
Operation Chain the River Gate(Sulawesi Citadel)
Status--INACTIVE
Sulawesi played a crucial role in the early warning of the orange hammer. Never being properly fortified to fend off an attack of that size it only slowed down the massive battle fleet it found itself facing down. Barely surviving from blockade runners delivering desperately needed repair materials. Crumpled by a reactor eruption in the bottom most section of the facility, it hangs by a thread of falling apart from its own weight. It may not even be able to be saved. With crucial supplies it can be saved to become the military's center point of training, and deployments into all the Taus. Sub-Oporation “Pier Head” has yet to reach greenlight status.
Operation Blacksmith(Sarawak Research Station)
Status--INACTIVE
With war a certainty of the future. The Crayter Republic will need weapons to face down her enemies who are great and many. Out of the way of prying eyes to create new bleeding edge technology. A new facility caiturred to this new function is to be built. Crayter is to complete this Operation alone and set the groundwork for the “Tartarus” project. It is not yet known what this project protains to besides whispers quickly hushed by the CIS.
Operation Long Shadow
Status--Active
In recent times the Outcast(and other enemies of Crayter at large) menace has gone unchecked and has spread across all of Sirius. Calling for a galaxy wide response to remind them they haven't gone unnoticed. Kill teams are to be assembled and sent out across the stars to hunt Outcasts wherever they may be found. To be the shadow that keeps our enemies scared of the dark.
With completion of majority operations with exception to Operation Blacksmith and Long Shadow the Crayter Government will deem appropriate to begin the preparation and invasion of Inverness as per the “Treaty of Carlisle” Military Article 5. Each operation will have a contract registration board for any corporation, group, or freelancer who wishes to provide aid. All major Bretonian corporations will have free registry into operations.
Parliament of the Crayter Republic
Crayter Republic
Operation Long Shadow has reached Greenlight for commencement.
First action: Cruiser force Tyran is to be deployed to Falkland Base to perform surveillance of the Maltese smuggling highway in Tau-37. The main objective is to learn the routes most active for future operations. Taskforce Tyran is to be fueled and assembled at Sulawesi Citadel. From there to check in at Java Station and continue to Falkland.
Cruiser Taskforce has been denounced MIA, never making it to Falkland Base. It is theorized they entered the smuggling highway without knowing it and was intercepted. Meanwhile, cooperation with the Corsair Deterrence has not been fruitful. The aggressiveness shown within their people is prevalent with Crayterian lives being threatened. Agent S has been pressed for results.
