Tell us more about you (Biography, the longer the better):
I was born to a family of farmers, trying to make a living during a time when Synth Foods were dominating the market. I took an interest in large machinery from an early age, helping my father operate and maintain farming equipment from my teens. Learning of the wonders of space and colossal vessels used to exploit them, I gained a passion for construction and mining craft. A few years before the civil war on Planet Stuttgart, with what money we had, I was sent to complete higher studies and learn the trade off-world. Upon graduation, I took up jobs as a contractor, operating small mining ships and surveying asteroid fields, sending much of my earnings back to my family while also saving up money for my own mining ship. Now, having flown my own Kaiser mining ship for a couple years, I’m looking to join a larger company.
Why do you want to join Krüger Mineralien and what do you expect from the company:
To keep doing what I love and to help rebuild the Rheinland economy on a larger scale. From the company I expect reasonable wages and plenty of work, so that I may remain useful.

Hooh, long story - was introduced to Freelancer by my dad as a kid, kept playing through SP for years until I found this mod, Played it for flying capital ships in SP. Later dipped my toes into MP and never looked back.

I lead a boring life on Leeds, working in an old equipment dealer owned by a "Tobias", fat bloke he was. Nothing of much interest happened before Gallia came barreling through and forced me to run with me trousers thoroughly soiled, ever since then ive been bounding from station to station, system to system. finally found some solid work with Dauman before the bastards let me off.

I was born on the bustling trade hub of Manhattan in the New York system. My mother was from the tech-savvy society of Kusari and my father was a skilled trader from Liberty, and they both always had an eye for opportunities. They made a comfortable living in freelance cargo hauling and trade between various planets. As I grew up, I became fascinated by the vastness of space and the endless possibilities it held. When the economic troubles hit Manhattan, my family decided to make a fresh start on Planet New London, which was known for its high-tech industry. When I reached adulthood, I scraped together enough credits to buy my first spacecraft, a nimble explorer, and set off into the depths of the Border Worlds.
I quickly found my niche in asteroid mining. The steady influx of credits allowed me to upgrade to a proper mining ship, and I thought I had the universe figured out. However, a humbling encounter with a gang of pirates shattered my illusions. Just when it seemed my spacefaring dreams were over, a fellow miner named Maya Steele came to my aid. She she introduced me to the Independent Mining Guild (IMG).
Inspired by the bravery of the IMG, I joined their ranks, partnering with Maya and her trustworthy mining vessel, the Ironclad. Together, we carved out a profitable niche in the perilous Taus region, making quite a name for ourselves. The IMG faced mounting pressure from aggressive Outcasts, but we managed to hold our ground thanks to the support of a band of skilled mercenaries known as the Sentinels. They became our shield, and I'll forever be grateful for their intervention during those dark times.
As the IMG flourished, I found a new purpose, aspiring to give back to those who had helped us. I joined forces with Alex Durant, a brilliant terraforming scholar with grand ideas but limited resources. Together, we embarked on a project to transform a desolate planet in the California system into fertile land, a safe haven for the Colonials who had supported us. Our plan was ambitious, and we were making steady progress until unforeseen events shook the Sirius sector.
War erupted between the powerful houses of Liberty and Rheinland, and the peaceful omens turned to chaos. Factions aligned, and alliances crumbled. The IMG found itself entangled in a fierce conflict, with old friends and new enemies vying for control of precious resources in the Omegas.
Despite my best efforts to find a diplomatic solution, the tensions grew, and our dreams of rebuilding and unity seemed to slip away. With heavy hearts, we decided to leave the core Sirius systems, seeking refuge in the quieter, remote regions like Omicrons. The years passed, and the memories of our struggles faded into the background as I tried to find my way.
Now, fate has brought me back to the place where it all began, but everything has changed. I can't help but wonder what the universe has in store for me this time.

I started of working for the local equipment dealer, Making deals selling weaponry and shielding, I wanted to move into the ship dealing business but never got the opportunity as I was too good selling weapons, I sometimes saw myself as a bit of a gun lord from time to time, However I was more focused on helping the people to protect and defend themselves from the Hessians and the Bundschuh, I never really got into politics so never really understood the full motive and story behind those two groups, Always wanted to explore Rhienland but never aquired a ship was too tied down with my job, Lived a hard life as I never got to attend school as I was pulled into the buiness world, After a shift one night I headed to the bar and overheard a conversation between two people chatting, One man claimed to work for “Kruger Mining” who was trying to recruit this other chap, at first I wasn't interested I was just here to enjoy a drink or two, But I decided to listen in as curiosity got the better of me, I overheard the Kruger guy mention "We lost almost everything during the 80 year war, a large portion of our fleet, our station which also had our expansion plans, as well as having to pay vast reparations to the GMG." I decided to keep listening in to see what more I could find out without interrupting the two men, After overhearing the Kruger guy mention "At Kruger Mineralien we encourage our labor forces to take breaks when they are too tired to work safely, But we get a lot of people who decide to work through." The other guy replied "I guess it makes sense because no work means no pay, might as well make as much as you can while you can in my opinion" After giving it considerably more thought I decided to approach the Kruger representative and ask about how i go about signing up, and well here i am.
