This message is due for some time. I am Massimo Insigne, Executor of the Deterrence Fleet. Ravenna Nagash, our enigmatic symbol, departed deep in unknown space, doing her best to track down a Corsair faction who left the Sirius sector, keen to discover new worlds and civilizations. Until her return, I will handle Deterrence's affairs.

The reason I am contacting you is to praise the actions of one of your fighter wings, led by Agent Eddy Narson. His wing stood valiant in the face of Outcast and Core incursions into Omicron Xi, boosting the Corsair defense of the system. Through his actions, I wish to extend my appreciations to the Order Overwatch as well.

Now, Grand Admiral, it is my intention to continue our common efforts against the Core and Outcast menace. With Omicron Xi being their priority target, I wish to take advantage of their foolishness to attack us here. I hereby request you to temporarily detach Agent Eddy Narson's wing to Ravenna Invicta. The installation is fully equipped to support fighter wing operation and provide up to level 3 maintenance. More will follow down the line, but let's take it step by step.

Agent Narson has contributed a lot lately. We will reward him in due time, you can count on that. Rather than send just any regular wing, I will send in Dawnbreaker squadron. It's our wing composed of Liberty expats, armed exclusively with Liberty equipment. I do not think I need to mention that those who served in Liberty armed forces have very dim view on the Maltese scourge at best since your long separated cousins begun poisoning Sirius with cardamine. Since we are mainly keeping them in Omicrons, it will be good for morale to have them assist you in raking up some Maltese kills if opportunity arises.
