It is the request of the Ministry of Defence of Her Majesty's Government that, following the approval of a new defence procurement act, immediate talks be started regarding the delivery of all necessary systems and equipment from House Rheinland. As we hope that this will mark a new beginning for Rheinland - Bretonia relations, the procurement act also includes goods that are restricted by Rheinland law, however we sincerely hope that we may be able to power through any bureaucratic affairs and see this deal signed.
Please refer to the attached document for details on the purchase and organizations that will be entrusted with hauling the materials. We eagerly await your reply.
The Merchant Navy & Rheinland Military Handelsmarine will haul 40,000 Side Arms from The Ring to LD-14; Initial price is to be set at 20,000 Credits per Unit.
Daumann Heavy Constructions & Bretonia Mining and Manufacturing will haul 30,000 Ablative Armor from Alster Shipyard to Scarborough Shipyard; Initial price is to be set at 25,000 Credits per Unit;
Kruger Minerals & BorderWorld Exports will haul 20,000 Munitions from the New Berlin system to Scarborough Shipyard; Initial price is to be set at 30,000 Credits per Unit;
Prices may be negotiated on and amended at any point during the contract should both sides agree.

The Merchant Navy & Rheinland Military Handelsmarine will haul 40,000 units of Shape-Memory Alloys from Rheinland to Scarborough Shipyard; Initial price is to be set at 20,000 Credits per unit
Rheinland Military Handelsmarine will haul 50 Reconnaisance Modules from Rheinland to Planet Carlisle; Initial price is to be set at 5 Million Credits per Unit;
