I got attacked last night however couldnt post at that time. i've been playing online with discovery for a 2 days now (today). I was transporting goods from planet Kurile (just came out of the docking ring) when a ship attacked me and destroyed my ship and my full load. Pretty he was shooting me while the computer was still in control so i couldnt do anything. When the computer finaly let me take over, my health was already down to few hull lines and my shields down. He did not ask to trade nor ask for anything, he just attacked me and destroyed everything and took whatever stuff was left. Since it was right in front of the docking ring i respawned and went out and he attacked me again, i returned few shots and he stopped. We tried talking but ?his buddy? said he didnt speak english, his id said crusair when i scanned him... The "buddy"|was named TH.14 and he took 75 units of my load that spilled which he did return however the one that attacked me "cool" did not return anything. I said what he did was wrong and he laughed. I didnt have much stuff, only 400k worth of stuff however for a person that only has a mill, this is quite a big cut there. Here is the image, the planet is behind me. This image is just after i got out of the docking ring after he stopped shooting.
While it IS against the rules to dock kill someone (not letting them undock fully before opening fire) it is NOT illegal for pirates to just be huge dicks.. Which it seems like this guy is.

Ooooh yes it is. It is against server rules for a pirate to kill before making a demand.

If you feel you have enough evidence to report the fellow do so, but this is a Trial by Forum. As such it will be locked. And yes SED is right pirates must ask for cargo or credits before destroying a trader. Simple as that.
