I extend my greetings to you. I am Fiorella Arianna de Marco from Malta, and I act on behalf of several of our Dons. It comes as a pleasant surprise that, merely three years after our conversation in Leeds, you have succeeded in stabilizing the Dublin system. My congratulations on this remarkable achievement; I must admit, it took me by surprise.
The purpose of my communication is to express Malta's interest in establishing more official communication channels with your organization. This is with the hope of facilitating collaboration on matters where our mutual objectives in Bretonia align.
Would you be willing to consider our proposal of opening proper communication channels?

Dandy evening Miss de Marco.
Aye, i recall the reports of the meeting, time ago as it was.
I'll admit, the rest of the Kin likely feel none too thrilled about the idea of talking up with the Outcasts, but official channels don't hurt.
I'm out and acting as the diplomatic office for the Assembly while Dublin is cut off from direct Neural Net access by the blockade, and i'd be happy to maintain official channels, though i promise no more than that.

I must confess, it is a delight to make your acquaintance. While my people have garnered a certain notoriety in Sirius for various reasons, my motive for contacting your organization is refreshingly straightforward. We have had a somewhat tumultuous history with the Mollys in Dublin in the past and we are keen on repairing these relations - particularly from an economic standpoint.
Our primary interest is in acquiring your gold - whether for optoelectronic, engineering, or artistic applications. We aim to streamline our trade relations by eliminating any intermediaries, a proposition that I believe would benefit both of our parties. I have every confidence that our credits could prove to be of significant value in supporting your pursuit of independence. Furthermore, our freighter pilots traveling out of Liberty may be open to exchanging your gold for weaponry from Detroid Munitions. To facilitate these arrangements, all we require is your permission to enter Dublin with our vessels.
Who knows, under the right circumstances, my people might find it within their means to occasionally offer their assistance in your ongoing struggle against the Corsairs.

Miss de Marco.
Well, while outcasts have always been a bit hit or miss, i appreciate that most of you seem to understand manners, unlike the Cretans. Hah.
Well, Outcasts haven't caused any trouble for us in the past, and as long as that remains the case, Assembly personnel should be just fine letting your ships come and go more or less as they please, we've got a refinery depot - Connacht - out by the wrecked gate. If there's any docking problems, your Kin can just send some requests the Ministers way through Connachts official channels.
Of course, there is one condition to that. Any good-will Assembly pilots have - let alone the unaffiliated Molly Pilots - might dry up mighty quick on any Outcast ship bringing Cardamine into Dublin. But guns and other supplies we'll happily trade for gold.
Just be aware Miss de Marco, that your opponents from Crete have recently set up shop too.
Slipped a bloody warship into Dublin during the chaos, and its flight wing has been rendering its own bit of havoc.

Your conditions, which exclude Cardamine from your Dublin system, are acceptable to us. After all, Cardamine caters to a specific clientele that is not present in Dublin, and it would not be practical nor profitable for us to transport it there.
However, should an unfortunate incident occur in Dublin resulting in the downing of a Maltese vessel, it would be a generous act on your part if you could rescue the pilots or crew and subsequently hand them over to us on Trafalgar, a relatively neutral location.
As a nation, we hold each of our men and women in high regard, and I am confident that such kind gestures would not go unnoticed by the Dons. These goodwill gestures could then serve as a basis for possible economic or investment aid should your independence movement find itself in need - theoretically speaking, of course.
