Yet I say that this is not the end of the Insurgency it is a new chapter nothing more. I invite any and all Insurgent ships to respond to my communication so that we might plan what our next chapter will hold.
I am many other Insurgency captains have since accepted the aid of the Corsair sub faction known as Deterrence. I understand that these are some of the "pirates" that we have battled to keep out of liberty in the past. Yet I do not ask that you join DTR . As stated before I ask that the we convene a summit to discus that the Insurgent future is.
If you are able, I invite you to Omicron Nu and to the INS Montana to attend this summit. To those wishing to stay in Vespucci and fight to the last I salute you and pray that you make the Navy pay for each inch of land, air, and space they wish to take from us. To the rest, I hope to hear and see you in person soon.

This is INS-Lampyridae and INS-Hou_Chi, and we have received your message.
We deeply appreciate your call for unity during these challenging times.
In acknowledgment of the current situation, we must regrettably report that our ships are indeed not combat-ready.
To maximize the effectiveness of our forces, we have decided to transfer our best officers to INS-Lampyridae, equipping it to fight to the best of our abilities.
INS-Hou_Chi will be dispatched to the Omicron Nu System with a skeleton crew, primarily filled with civilians from Veracruz who require refuge.
This mission is critical, as it's our duty to protect those who are unable to fight. INS-Hou_Chi will not engage in battle and is solely dedicated to the safety and well-being of the civilians.
At the same time, INS-Lampyridae, under my command, is committed to the defense of Vespucci to the last breath.
We understand the importance of holding the line against the Navy's advance and making them pay for each inch they take. We'll fight with unwavering resolve, even if our ships are not optimized for combat.
The future is uncertain, and we cannot be certain if we will see INS-Hou_Chi and the rest of our fellow Insurgents again.
But our commitment to the cause of the Insurgency remains unwavering.
Our final goal is to join the Corsair Home in the hopes of finding welcome there.
We're determined to stand together with all Insurgent ships and carry on the fight.
Even if we don't meet again, remember that Lampyridae and Hou_Chi were here, dedicated to the last, ensuring that the path was open for INS ships and civilians in the Magellan Battle.
The future of the Insurgency may be uncertain, but our resolve is stronger than ever.

Greetings, captain Cross! My name is Erwin Smith of battlecruiser [IN]-Excommunicado!
With direct orders from Captain Tavros, I am currently flying towards Omicron Nu with a special task at hand, more details will be revealed when we all gather at the summit. I am afraid, that the other Corsairs don’t really enjoy our company in their systems for now, which is quite understandable, even thou that Detterence gave us a huge and helpful hand in our survival!
For their huge generosity, me and my crew owe them our lives… Still we are open to hear propositions towards the future of the last remaining Insurgent people. I only hope, that we can find a way to establish a better partnership with the Corsairs, because Detterence showed us that they are not some regular “Pirates” as people think they are.
The only thing that I am mostly worried about is, the huge Nomad/Wild Infestation in the Omicrons.
The last time when we were making our way to the Corsairs Home world, the Nomads were NOT as vast and aggressive as they are now. Their attacking numbers were quite low and less aggressive, but now they are everywhere in every corner of our maps, highly aggressive and always ready to crush our ships and swallow our souls. If we are going to reside in the Omicrons, we need to keep our eyes open at all times and be ready to defend ourselves.
As for the other Insurgents, Excommunicado is ready to aid any of you! In these hard times, we need to help each other as much as we can: The future of our people depends on us!

With the jump holes destabilizing in Nu we might be moving to Delta, but since the summit will be happening aboard the Montana I doubt we will have anything to worry about. Even if one was to come we could just as easily fight them off with our growing numbers. Or retreat if needs be, we do not have to worry about holding a station.
