The Admins can check the backups for your Base and 'see' how far you had progressed.
Putting in a Player's Request is probably your best option, for visibility.

Patch Dropped my Core upgrade on Swift's Mining Co.1 - Had it all done for about 2 months or so was Just waiting on the Blueprint. that is not required for core upgrade 3 now.
Admins please let me know what's going on and if a backup of this can be restored if you would be so kind.
