The Grey.

The Greymind is our own subject of interest. Their mind holds thousands of voices. Dark voices arranged as Light is. Their whispers are not harmonious, they are a chattering chaos. Yet their mere existence has enlightened us. Darkness views that multitude of voices as an affliction. We view the disharmony of those voices as an affliction. We have gained more insight on the nature of Dark and Light than ever before, from this one who is both, and neither. This one who is Grey. This one who, when among the Light, is Dark, and among the Dark, is Light. It is from His nature that we developed the Endless Midnight.

As for his connection to those others, we are never too certain. He is Light when among dark. Some attempt to care for him. Those some fail. We would attempt such, yet we know we would also fail. He must be left to his devices. We seek to only engage in a mutual exchange of insight, knowledge, and eventually service. When we bring the Darkness to heel, and enact the Great Lightbringing, whether it be in the form of Endless Midnight, Suncrusher, or through the great efforts of Wrathwalkers, Reapers, Hunter Killers, and those other things born of Minerva's strengths, we will have him at our side, witnessing it. He will have whatever vengeance he seeks, and may at last be satisfied. That is our exchange for being willing to exchange with us. Those others seek other things from him. They convince themselves of friendships. Of trusts. Yet they do not trust him. They fail to care for him. They fail to respect him. It is comical to watch, they fling their emotions at him, expecting him to appreciate them when he does not.

There are many things we think him capable of. His mind holds the power to bend the energies of the mind, like we do. We think him capable of hosting a true Mind of Grey. To maintain those connections necessary. To have Keepers of Grey, Infiltrators of Grey, and to make him Advisor of Advisors of the Greymind. And if this is possible, he could be a key, a bridge, a connection. We see that if He so chose, he could perhaps be one to bring harmony between Darkness and Light in the Grey. Yet these are merely possibilities. Darkness of any form has a way of bringing these positive possibilities to their untimely graves.

Two cycles have passed, yet we still are linked as ever. Ever since the Disorientation, in what the flesh-minds call the Pulse, the Askunu has found herself in a strange, eerie void.

What they call as "Earhart" brings an ominous presence, like something from the Ancestors. Yet, this one brings spitfire to us enlightened ones or the darklings, as if it is guarding whatever may be within it. Within the surrounding safe voids are interlocking gateways, some to familiar yet dark-infested voids, and others to voids that no darkling or enlightened has ever ventured.

Our eyes and ears, the so-called Imra's Followers, brought with us some strange trinkets from these uncharted voids. Yet, we still don't know what they may bring for us. Perhaps you could elucidate on whatever uses these may bring, while keeping darkness from ever taking foot on these barely-known voids.

A noted observation.

The destabilization of the doorways through the oceans is of little concern. They will restabilize in time, as they are a current that flows, and though one may disrupt the flow, it will soon flow again. We have taken note of their ability to disrupt the doorways, yet we doubt they are so capable as to weaponize it this quickly.

We have heard an echo of the creators. It is not a song that we understand, yet it occurs when they do damage to the current that governs the doorways. With what you have brought us, we now theorize that a relic of the creators is being disturbed by their damage to the current, and that same relic is what was found in that unknown sea.

The only understanding we have of this song is warning. It would be amusing if this choice led Darkness to it's demise, yet we doubt it would be so. We shall instead seek to refashion our doorways so that when darkness destabilizes the current again, our currents will be set apart and independent. Their continued damaging of the current shows a pattern, as well. Investigate the creator's relic as safely as possible, we seek to know its function, and what effect Darkness has had on it.

Finally, deliver these things your own have found unto us. We would seek to know them, both their use for us and their use for Darkness.
