I've been informed recently by one of my men in the field that the Technocracy is interested in rekindling the relationship we once enjoyed, despite the grievances we had. I'll admit, this comes as a surprise, but a welcome one nonetheless. Lieutenant Mayfield, the man who relayed this to me, has since filed a few more reports about action against the Navy in Kansas alongside your people, which holds promise.
To that end, I'm extending a handshake, in the interest of formally normalizing relations. Burying the hatchet. Making up.

Quite the reunion hm? Our current Keeper is Stavros since Revenant left the position in 828 A.S. But our dear Keeper, he's been... Well. Quiet. Unavailable. Most has the Directorate has been shifted to full-gear since the blackout. I was authorised to communicate with you in the meanwhile as the majority of our diplomat corp is also occupied with talks with Rheinland.
So! History. Thrilling times. I've read the documents on it. Bumpy rides. A lot of daggers pointed each way. But majority of the refugees were helped out, some of the members given grace to run away. Capital Ships... Not so much - at least those who didn't ask or give heads up.
These fickle relations, it's something we can work on. As you can imagine, we really didn't appreciate how the Separatist side of the Insurgency turned them quite... Bloodthirsty. Trying to insinuate control over our home area. And then ended up with the Xenos in the end. Hmph. Poor Vincent.
All this fighting is only going to benefit the interests of Liberty and Bretonia inevitably trying to expand outwards. Those first steps with shooting the overly proud Armada was a good first step.
Now, speaking of reunions, I presume you've heard the re-appearance of an old Lord Commander? One that goes by the name of Markus Brass? He appears to be interested in locating other former Insurgent personnel.
And if I may ask... It intrigues the mind, but where are you housing up? With the independents in Coronado?
From the reports the Lieutenant relayed to my desk, it sounded like quite the shindig. A shame I wasn't able to take part in any of it myself, but apparently the Remnant was just part of the plethora of support you received down there. I'm hoping this trend continues.
I won't lie. Hindsight's definitely 20-20 here, bringing those seps in. A lot of them were half decent people, but Knight's more hardline goons really threw a wrench where it hurt the most. I blame myself for not seeing it coming, really, and Cobra taking them in despite their actions didn't help. I can only hope the bitch burned somewhere in these last three years, but I'm not gonna hold my breath.
As for Brass, word reached me through one of the Lieutenant's field reports. Man's before even my time in the Legion, and his ship is practically legendary. I'm not sure where he's been all this time, though. The whole 'deep space exploration mission' trope never really made much sense to me, especially with a ship like his, but I suppose it's better late than never, yeah?
If the Technocracy has a file on him at all, I'd love to see it. He was head of the Legion before Locklear, and there's only so much those datalogs aboard Leniex said about prior Lord Commanders.
At the moment, we're basing out of any freelance and junker base that will allow us docking, which thanks to the Seps at least is quite a few, but main command is basing from the Barrier Gate. They've been fairly tolerant, but throwing credits at freelancers tends to keep mouths shut, which helps when I'm renting a plurality of the free mooring yards here. Also keeps Crayter off our scent, especially since that boat's sure to start leaking at some point, but I'm hoping to be the one to make the holes first.
