Honestly, From the interaction I had just now.
DTR Battlecruiser piracy making me dump my whole cargo... Was not fun for being on the receiving end.
Didn't think Battlecruisers could pirate? Feel free to explain that one.

Any ship in the proper ZOI and with ID lines can pirate. Not sure about whole cargo thing, I think unless that BC didn't have transport nearby he can't do that, unless you carried Black Market Munitions to Malta

Well, I would like to think that, since we are in a community in which we all have freedom to express ourselves, the opinions of all of us are always relevant, even if they are personal and subjective. Especially because there is nothing more personal and subjective than deciding which opinions are relevant and which are not.
Whether someone doesn't like some opinions or whether they subjectively consider that they don't deserve their attention is one thing. Whether someone sets themselves up as a judge of what is relevant or not is quite another.

Well, since your opinion here is obviously subjective to your perspective and very much personal, you won't mind if I ignore it, will you?
My personal and subjective opinion is: I find all this FP9 storyline ridiculous, really, but I just try to play the game and have fun. Sometimes dealing with the unexpected can be fun too...

1: The old existing playerbase - 75% will be against Corsairs - and some of the best PVPers being OCs
2:The need for new players to participate in fun events and hopefully tell their friends about it!
3: The "Kansas" debacle - where everyone chose a side, over logged and the fun was gone
4: Lack of turrets and turret efficiency on the PoBs
5: The "Freedom" of choice for players to participate in what ships they want in what will be "DTR vs Freelancer Discovery" Event
6: DTR being the main recruiter of new players and main activity generator for the past year
7: 1st Navy activity hours after the Kansas event - yes, that was quite a drop in activity! (Point 6 applies to 1st Navy too)
8: Personal and subjective opinions aren't relevant.
BALANCE THE EVENT! GIVE THE DEFENDERS A FIGHTING CHANCE! Yes, that includes the PVPers in the server splitting up and actually fighting amongst themselves. Enough Duck hunt! Fight someone who's on your level, not NPCs with extra neurons.
KEEP THINGS BALANCED AND FUN FOR EVERYONE! ESPECIALLY THE NEW PLAYERS! As someone said: they are the bread and butter of the server!
Are you serious right now? Our caps got swiftly deshield by those "lack of turrets POBs" + OC side was heavily outnumbered.
