I will be honest, I did not expect to receive a message from Daumann Heavy Construction after all those years. I am also curious as to why you took the time to communicate with me.
Daumann Heavy Construction Reconnaissance Contract
ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN:
ON THE FIRST PART,
Frau Lea Kaufman, referred to as the "contractor"
AND ON THE SECOND PART,
Daumann Heavy Construction, referred to as the "contractee".
Discussions took place and the parties decided to enter into this agreement, which, including its recitals and its appendices that incorporate into it and are indivisible, is hereafter referred to as the "contract".
NOW THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
1 – PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement sets forth the conditions under which the contractor completes a reconnaissance mission for Daumann Heavy Construction.
2 – COMMITMENTS – UNDERTAKINGS OF THE PARTIES
By agreeing to the contract, the contractor agrees to:
• Make a reconnaissance of Omega-7 and Omega-11 systems ;
• Locate and report any modular base within the system ;
• Report any activities within the system related to uncut diamond processing and diamond trading.
In return, the contractee agrees to financially compensate Lea Kaufman for the completion of the mission, in accordance with Section 4 of the contract.
3 – SPECIFICATIONS
3.1 – MODULAR BASE REPORT TEMPLATE
The contractor agrees to include the following data in her report for the modular bases found in Omega-7 and Omega-11 systems:
• Precise location, as in, system and position ;
• Identification ;
• Ownership/IFF.
3.2 – ACTIVITIES RELATED TO DIAMOND PROCESSING OR TRADING REPORT TEMPLATE
The contractor agrees to include the following data in her report for the activities related to uncut diamond processing or diamond trading:
• Location ;
• Parties involved ;
• Activities in which the parties are engaged ;
• If available, blackbox recording of any exchange made between or with the parties involved.
4 – COMPENSATION
The contractee agrees to compensate Lea Kaufman for the completion of each specification under the following conditions:
• 75,000cr. per base found and reported ;
• 25.000cr. per valuable information about uncut diamond processing and diamond trading gathered throughout the span of the mission ;
• A bonus of 100,000cr., if the contractor's services are satisfactory enough for the contractee.
5 – DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT
The agreement shall enter into force as at the date when all the parties sign it.
It is entered into for three weeks.
6 – RULES GOVERNING THE AGREEMENT
6.1 – LAW AND JURISDICTION
The agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Empire of Rheinland Laws.
In case of any litigation arising in relation with the agreement, the Rheinland Judicial System will be the only institution to which the parties can turn to.
6.2 – NATURE OF THE CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP
This Agreement is classified, and shall not be disclosed by either parties to an external party.
This agreement shall not in any way constitute an assent to violence by an external party on behalf of Daumann Heavy Construction, or the Empire of Rheinland.
6.3 – RENUNCIATION
The fact that a party abstains from requesting application of any provision whatsoever of the agreement, shall be considered as a renunciation to request said application and shall give right to the other party for reparation for any investment made for the said provision.

I managed to located a few installations in the systems Omega-7 and Omega-11.
However, I can't tell who is mining diamond ores since I did not come across many pilots during my scouting. It can take days or weeks. But one thing is sure, you probably have the IMG and Kruger as competitors. Else than that, I am clueless.
