By imperial edict of ze Rheinland Ministry of Economic Development, all modular installation owners have to submit zeir quarterly license renewal to ze Rheinland.Treasury.2 since ze 1st july 828 A.S. and until today, I'm failing to locate ze payment for ze above mentioned entries for ze actual quarter. Direktorin Wolf is very disappointed by lack of discipline shown by a Rheinland corporation regarding zis matter.

As result of ze missed fee for ze half of ze current quarter, ze Rheinland Polizei hereby impose an additional fine of 250.000 sc per entry according to §7.10..

Please provide ze proof of transfer of:

quarterly fee: 500.000 sc for Arnsberg Research Institute to Rheinland.Treasury.2
quarterly fee: 500.000 sc for Ruhrpott Mining Facility to Rheinland.Treasury.2
fine: 250.000 sc for Arnsberg Research Institute to KPR|Bank
fine: 250.000 sc for Ruhrpott Mining Facility to KPR|Bank

for ze second quarter of zis year wizin ze next 14 days via zis channel.
If you already transferred ze fees, ze fines will be, of course, dropped.

Daumann Heavy Construction apologises for the lack of payment of the quarterly fee. The company makes a strong point of behaving according to the Laws of Rheinland, but there seemed to be a problem in the transfer of credits when the payment of the fees was made.

The situation has been resolved, and we have wired the quarterly fee, as well as the fines, for both bases. You can find the proofs of payments attached to this communication.

We assure you that Daumann will be more careful for such matters in the future.

forgive me my late response. Of course ze payments arrived in time and I hereby also confirm ze payment of ze current quarter.
But I zink you are aware, I'm not contacting you to tell you zat.

I'm currently on board of a 15 year old Donau cruiser. It's condition is somehow concerning.
We recently had some issues wiz ze reactor, when we started ze cruise engines.
Ze hull is also damaged, but zis happened before.

I got command of zat ship some weeks ago, one would expect I'd deserve an at least combat-ready capital.
My superior explicitly asked for usable status and maintenance documents.

Could you give me an estimate of what repairs have to be done and how such documents would look like?
I'm sure you understand I'm neizer a technician nor someone, who can spend a fortune on repairs. However, I can request necessary funds for repairs.
Needless to say zey have to be detailed as possible to enable a successful approval.

On anozer hand, I once had ze opportunity to acquire a "Corvo" Civilian Deep Space Explorer from ze sirius second hand market.
If you could also check and confirm its readiness and interoperability wiz Rheinland technology, I'd owe you one.

I zank you for docking clearence and ze Chemnitz moved to ze respective docks.

Ze civilian explorer IRV-Violet was purchased some time ago. An indepedand researcher had no longer a use of it and offered it used for less zan a new one. Ze Rheinland Polizei would like to use it for, well, research tasks on natural anomalies wizin and around Rheinland. We're also interested in salvage operations of wrecks. I'm sure a dedicated ship would fit zese tasks more zan a regular Oder class gunboat. Once you confirm ze readiness and interoperability wiz Rheinland technology, it will be rebranded as ze kaiserliche Forschungsschiff Mars.
