Let me first introduce myself,
I am Frank Fullard, and President of the Artemis Alliance, who are planning to establish relations with your group.
Now, my organisation is capable of doing many many things, and my minions are very professional at what they do. Now we are capable of doing Covert Operations to a high level of stealth capability.
I do understand that within your regions of Sirius, you have various threats to deal with, and I am thinking that because we are a Freelance organisation, we may be capable of helping you to gain intel regarding your enemies and also those horrid aliens I have heard about.
More hardware in the shape of Drones and stealth capable vessels, are in development, and will be under trial very soon. Discussing some sort of agreement between our organisations may be helpful to us both.
As you are a well respected and very organised setup, I will not be asking you for any sort of payment for our services, but would be willing to discuss the possibility of using Core hardware and weapons, if that is acceptable.
I know this may seem like a bold move, but in respect to your organisation, I am sure any additional help would be a good thing. I am not expecting any real development from the drone system or stealth vessels within the next two weeks, so discussions can be ongoing for now.
Once my organisation is capable, we offer a very special service, which uses fighter pilots of the highest quality to persue and eradicate hostiles, who have bounties on their heads. So once again we can help out with that.
Intel gathering is another service that can be issued to you, and also we have a hauling service, which I am sure could be useful to you also.
So my dear friends, please think this little offer over for now, and I do hope we can at least establish some sort of frienship and coordination within the coming weeks.
Seems to me, Mr. Fullard, that you are proposing a deal that is significantly in your favor. Your promise tech that's "Coming soon" and possible intel that we, ourselves, could easily gather. Furthermore, we have a few very experienced and effective mercs who had already proven their worth in actual operations. You're asking me to take your word and hand you the keys to a few ships. Unfortunately, that's not how things work with us.
However, the rest of your proposal sounds very good. We have no issues with allowing your freight ships access to our stations, for the purpose of trading. Furthermore, we would happily pay your men to hunt our enemies. Our bounty board is the most established and active board in the entire Omicrons. It also has a few high value targets and Sirius-wide contracts.
When or if you prove your worth, then maybe we can talk about tech-exchange.
I'll give you an example. There's a certain organisation of bounty hunters that enjoys working for us. Their efficiency is unmatched and eventually, we've agreed upon tech-exchange. It took upwards of an year. That being said, I'm hoping we can establish some sort of business relations with you and yours.

I have no doubt that your operatives are perfectly capable of defending themselves and hunting, I have heard nothing but impressive comments of the Core and how they operate.
I am really grateful for you to allow us to visit your facilities, and to also maybe do some dealings of other kind. There are certain services which we offer, that cannot be discussed, even on this channel. I would hate anything to be leaked elsewhere, and compromise either your operations, or mine.

I would so like to arrange a meeting, and I am up for coming to the Omicrons to do so. If you arrange a venue and a time maybe suitable for next Sunday dated 19th of this month, then I will arrange to make my way there with great haste.
Arranging some sort of cooperational capacity, will please me greatly, and I am hoping we can maybe offer you some alternative services aswell, which would need to be discussed in private. I have a varied amount of services I can offer your organisation, and it will help you greatly involving the fight against all your enemies.
I can also understand that you will have the facilities to do your own work regarding other services I offer, but please hear me out regarding these, because if you use a third party it means that no blame will be pointed towards the Core or any Core organisations. Discretion is my middle name Miss Scarlet, and I can assure you these services will interest you.
So I am looking at around 20.30 Standard Sirius time, which will be more suitable for me as I have another client meeting before hand.

I have to beg for your forgiveness, and apologise for the delay in our meeting.
I had to rush for a family emergency, which unfortunately I could not contact you earlier, as it did not turn out very well. I will have to have some time to gather myself and get to meeting with you very soon.
