After revising the installation registry paperwork, I found that we need to change the installation name to "Starlight Industries" and change its IFF affiliation to "Freelancers" so it can represent our little newborn company here. I would also like to request permission to move the installation to sector D3 at New Berlin, about 10k away from Essen station and 8k away from the trade lane near the Ruhrfeld field. I am addressing your office to request permission for those changes. The installation is already registered with the government so I would like to know if there is any required protocol or procedures to follow for achieving the required changes. The installation will include a scrap-metal smelter, Mox production, and Hyperspace technology craftings. I would also like to mention that our installation will only deal with Rheinland lawful entities . The installation will not allow the docking of unlawful entities under any conditions.

After evaluating our security and maintenance needs in New Berlin, I believe that it is now necessary to maintain a resupply depot near the Dresden trade lane terminus. Fortunately for us, a previously approved installation is able to serve this purpose, and has now been fully restored to working condition. By rights of salvage, the Rheinwehr is now the sole owner of this installation, and I plan to put it to better use than the Junkers who previously called it home.
My proposal is simple: the re-location of the depot into Wildau orbit, on the edge of the Saarfeld.
The main purpose of the depot will be the re-supply and light maintenance of the Dresden patrols, and early warning for any hostile incursion from Dresden. If this is acceptable, nothing further is required from you at this time. Otherwise, please get back to me with any concerns you have about this initiative.

I am glad to report that the Eupen Handelsplatz paperwork has been updated. The installation is now properly listed as owned and operated by a Freelancer concern. In addition, the military-grade equipment and weapon salvaging facilities have been decommissioned, as per the updated restrictions imposed on Sirius Entsorgung.
The station can now be said to be primarily a waste disposal center, with additional capabilities for industrial cast-off scrap smelting. I hope that this update serves to quell any misunderstandings with Rheinland's law enforcement.

Guten tag Ministry Officials.
I am submitting this proposal on behalf of the Kaiserliche Rheinwehr, the Admiralty has agreed to move forward with it, and if needed I can forward written authorization.
This proposal would see the construction of a military armoury within Sigma-15, located by our already existing firing range in the system. This station intended to fulfill multiple purposes, ensuring excellent taxpayer value and maximum military efficiency. These are as follows:
1. Provide improved weapon testing facilities to complement the existing infrastructure within the system.
2. Create added training space for both existing and newly formed units.
3. Form a large garrison within the system to deter enemy raiders, whilst providing a QRF base for raids on civilian targets, such as the Hammersee penal colony.
4. Allow for the safe storage of heavy weapons, munitions and volatile fuels well away from civilian zones.
5. Provide military capable repair berths in system.
The proposed station designation is "Festung Grauerort", drafted by the operations staff in Sigma-15. I suspect you have no objections to this name or proposal. Assuming that is the case, we report we are ready to begin construction as soon as we receive official approval. If you still require the regular funding, we have allocated extra budget in our operational funds to make such payments.
The construction operation as well as eventual garrison and use will be done by attached Rheinwehr forces in system, with some aid from civilian contractors. Upon completion forces are ready to redeploy from existing staging posts and begin operations at once.
The Registrierungsbüro has evaluated your request to construct a station at the designated location in Sigma-15, and has deemed it beneficial for Rheinland. Therefore, your application is approved. Please ensure that the station maintains up-to-date licenses and protocols, as per Article Seven of the Laws of Rheinland.
