I figure now that I have actually written a little story, I may as well post a feedback thread. Bishop is my flagship character on the server and I use her for most of my interactions, so you may have seen me around flying her.
In the briefest possible description possible, Bessie Bishop is a former Liberty Rogue turned BHG pilot.
I may write and post an official bio at some point in the future, but I am more interested in writing episodic adventures for her.
I plan on writing and posting new episodes every so often. Originally I wanted to have multiple episodes ready to post at once, but I decided to just wrap up one entry and make it really solid and post it and take care of a few other side projects before writing more. I will post here in this thread whenever I post a new entry for her.
Let me know if you guys have any questions, comments, or feedback for the character I play in the game or the writing I do for her.
I may throw some art for her in here that I have done up as well, which I will just add into this section below here

Ah heck thank you! Honestly I really appreciate you taking the time to read through it, and that you like my stuff!

Thank you. I have always really loved the Hammerhead's design, the shape is great but I have always found the details... well, lacking. This began as an experiment to refine the look of the Hammerhead, and I took a lot of inspiration from someone's HD remake of the Hammerhead.... I dunno who the artist was, but it was forever ago and they worked on the Red Hessian fighters I believe. I found this scrap of an image in an old photoshop file, but this is all I really had to go on for his model.
I used this and the normal Hammerhead as a kind of jumping off point, but I never was a fan of the curves the ship had, so I looked to some stuff from Elite Dangerous like the Viper and the Cobra and tried to factor in some of their angular blockiness as well.
I can't make models, but sometime I may expand upon this test of a design I drew up there and at least figure out some other angles and how the shape would translate with the added angular stuff.

Fun story that I enjoyed reading. A fun spin on the BHG lore the vanilla game establishes, and I particularly liked the pacing. There was some worldbuilding stuff for Erie and Liberty as a whole, but you also made sure not to get stuck describing too many things in endless detail. Good stuff.
I've also bumped into this character on various characters of my own and I've yet to have an interaction I didn't enjoy, keep it up
