I have received a report from Capitaine Salvatore Venturi, currently manning the UCS Pasquale Paoli, on a mission for the Merchant Navy of Provence. Let me introduce myself briefly; I am Principal Alfredo Orsini, Principal of the Unione Corse.

The Autonomous Region of Provence seeks to widen its presence on the international scale, and thus, through the Unione Corse, we are ready to help you getting started with your economical endavors.

As Capitaine S. Venturi told you, we are ready to supply you with equipment, ships and to supply your Modular Installation, if you plan on building one. In return, we would like preferable tariffs for Silver Ore, allowing to station ships of the Merchant Navy of Provence within your installation (obviously needed if we come to constructing a Modular Station), and have the station under joint leadership, with you being the Administrator and owner of course.

We can discuss the terms of course, if you want to add more to it, if you desire to learn more about our economical interests, and what kind of support you'd like.

Additionally, if you agree - and it seems you are eager about this prospect, we would like to cement this cooperation with a formal agreement with the Unione Corse.
