I'm late by a few good weeks to this (and admittedly I'm also largely posting this due to a talk in BAF chat that reminded me of the RP) but I want to post a pretty big kudos and thanks to indie and official (HS>) Outcasts for playing along splendidly in the Core v Outcasts disputes in the Omicrons, with shifting alliances and on the spot deals replacing the traditional approach to affairs there.
