It's a shame they did not comply with our request, but it is solely their loss. Let them know that we, at Livadia, are always ready to trade both resources and technologies, so if they ever change their mind, all they have to do is comply with the scanning request.
Nevertheless, when they are in the system, they are to maintain a minimum distance of 10 clicks from the ship unless there is an urgent situation, such as being attacked by the Nomads. We would understand that, but not if they try to bring their conflict with the Order or Core to our doorstep.
They are also to ignore any Phoenix ship passing by and aid them if they are attacked by the Nomads, if possible. The latter part is a request, not a requirement.
If these terms are acceptable to you and your partners, then you may depart for Livadia as soon as you are ready, notifying us in advance so we can expect your arrival.
