Howdy there. My name is Jack Cole, call me Jack. No misters or sirs needed with me. I am a specialist with Ageira Innovations and I'm reaching out to the kind folks over in DSE for some assistance with a personal project of mine. An approved project mind, don't you worry. I'll give you the short of it and what I might need and then we can work out the details from there.
It's simple enough, I'm collecting the various models of transport class engines and running a suite of tests to compare and, with luck, improve Liberty transport efficiency. I'm starting with Ageira's own Stegodon and a classic Bison. I won't get into the weeds about every test but basically I want to see how the ships respond to each model engine, what modifications are needed for each to bring them to spec, and finally see if any entrepreneurial innovations may have been made by manufacturers outside of the Houses that we can learn from. Simple, right partner? So here comes my request for assistance. I'm hoping I may get help from DSE engineers and their hands-on expertise, not only to install/uninstall the components but to troubleshoot and adapt the not quite compatible parts. Also, safe to say yall have shipyard capabilities that I just don't have access to which would allow for quick and safe testing and switching out of the engines in a controlled environment.
Anyway partners, let me know what yall think. Oh, and don't think I'm asking for a hand out. Findings will be shared fully... Well, obviously there's a few things on the Stegodon that are proprietary Ageira tech, but yall know how that goes.

Chaz Milligen, Captain
LOCATION: Baltimore Shipyard
SUBJECT: Assistance with research project
Hi Jack, Chaz here.
The boss is currently busy, so I am taking the time to respond. Let me introduce myself as well. I'm relatively new at DSE, having recently graduated from our internal engineering courses. Alongside my studies, I've had the opportunity to work on various tasks within DSE, which helps me pay for these studies. This particular task also landed on my desk, so I went and had a chat with the guys over at Baltimore.
While, like everyone, they suffer from personnel shortages, they were able to provide a small crew of some mechanics and engineers. These guys have experience with the Bison; they should be able to get your test parts and diagnostics tools on and off without a sweat. We have also put you on the list for drydock access. However, I do want to say that these time slots are very in demand, so make sure to schedule these in advance with the appropriate department on Baltimore.
Seeing how you guys over at Ageira are already a reliable partner of ours, you can use your Ageira accounts on the terminals, and all usage of equipment and drydock will be booked under the Ageira account. We informed the crew to do the same. This should ensure our financial departments will handle it.
I hope this is all clear so far, and don’t hesitate to ask me or the people over at Baltimore if you have any more questions. I might see you soon since I am staying over at Baltimore for a few days due to some changes to our ships, so I might swing by to see how things are going. I look forward to hearing about your findings.
