Greetings
Dear officials in all categories of Bretonia and borders.

The Bretonnian police authority has recorded an unpleasant action that took place today, a few hours ago, around the Belvedere Refinery in New London.

This is initially due to the lack of human and financial resources to recruit and acquire equipment, weapons and ships, as well as a fair salary for the police officers who work tirelessly beyond their means.

The incident was due to a situation with a freelance Zoner, who disrespectfully destroyed patrol ships stationed around Belvedere. The crew of said ship, called Finalizer, was encouraged to repair its status so that the patrol officers would not attack it, but failed to do so in a timely manner, continuing its crime against Bretonnian police officers. Therefore, the BPA considers this Zoner ship to be criminal and suspected of a plot against Bretonia. It is worth mentioning here that all Zoners not listed as reputable companies, such as OSI and MFE, must be inspected for criminal evidence, and if they are found guilty or doing something compromising, they will be fined or escorted out of Bretonnian space or even destroyed if they are rebellious to the police authority's request.

Furthermore, while two Bretonnian police authorities were trying to convince the crew of the Zoners ship, three Gaian troublemakers with great firepower appeared in a destroyer, a Gunboat and another that could not be identified due to the unsuccessful attempt at defense, and these troublemakers, with few words, started shooting at two police ships, destroying both properties of the Bretonnian crown. The Gaian miscreants are mentioned below in the evidence of vandalism against the taxes of Breton taxpayers.

This order is recorded so that all authorities are alert to announcements and rumors of suspects in the system, so that they can be properly treated and taken to prison for trial and sentencing by the magistrates.
