I would like to express our appreciation and gratitude to your administration, for recognizing our cooperation as one of the major manufacturers around the Sirius sector.

I would like to confirm that we are covering all the expenses and the salaries of the current 650 technicians and the 1000 scientists onboard the Starlight Industries. I noticed in your previous reply, the range of salaries for the technicians was 110 to 150 s/c per hour. We are gladly confirming to you that we are going to pay the high end of the provided range of salaries which is 150 s/c per hour. We are also providing one month's salary in advance to everyone so we can compensate for the waiting time happening due to finishing this deal. We understand that those families must continue to survive and we are aware of all the troubles happening. The same payment will be provided for the scientists.

I received the full details about the installation modules. I would like to thank you for the valuable blueprints provided by your engineers about each module installed on your starbase. We understand that the installation is undergoing a major upgrade to class/tier 4 which is one of the first steps that we will continue once we are in charge of the installation. We will also continue to finish the required paperwork with the Liberty government about all the licenses needed for our work here. The following list shows the payments per hour for all the employees who will migrate from Starlight Industries to Nebula Technologies.

Concerning the offered equipment, The Nebula trading terminal is willing to pay a sum of 211,000,000 s/c covering all the salaries and the prices of the devices. By this calculation, the remaining prices to be decided will be the installation infrastructure. The Nebula board discussed this matter during several conferences and decided to give you the offer of paying 100,000,000 s/c for the installation infrastructure. We hope that you take into consideration that we are going to spend close to 25,000,000 s/c for upgrading the installation to the next tier 4 starbase class. The financial agreement is all good except for a few points that we will have to discuss more. The salaries offered plus the bonus are acceptable. Our employees shall be glad and grateful about those payments. The prices offered for our devices are acceptable also but we believe that you are paying a high price for the Dual laser gattling cannons. We could accept the high offered price but our code of conduct prevents us not to mention that the price is too high. We can accept 12,000,000 s/c for each gun instead of the offered 15,000,000 s/c for each gun, Yet we are more than happy to accept the offered high price if you insist. The overall price offered for the installation is great and we have no problem with it. I would like to remind you one more time that changing the installation name and affiliation will require contacting the Liberty government office. I attached to this transmission a contract form which will require your revision and approval. Once the approval is done, then we can proceed with evacuation and delivering the keys to your respected representative.
