Well, so you happen to know the character actual name inRP right?
And because you know it you can say:
" just look at the time you mentioned enkk, the oorp person, in an inrp comm. The standards are rock bottom, I'm sorry."
So... prove me rong and tell us all what is the character name inRP, and yes i know exactly the name inRP.
If you dont, we just identified another grudgy hehe

So I actually did go through and read what you're calling this extensive, year plus long RP of constructing a shipyard. You claim to have involved "almost every single player faction" in this chain of inRP cargo deliveries, yet from a readthrough of the material linked, I've found three player factions involved, with possibly a fourth as I'm unsure to their membership of the associated faction.
Of the three involved one was BMF, who handled the majority of the deliveries to your station, so there wasn't much RP happening between the groups there. The other was FL-ER, a Freelancer hauling group that also made some limited deliveries on your behalf, and the third group was Bowex) who again, simply delivered some goods to a facility. This is perfectly normal RP to expect for the construction of a base in general or a shipyard in particular, as BMM itself would certainly have the technical ability to perform construction on their own once goods were supplied to them.
Every other faction involved, as far as I can tell, were merely people playing as indies and were in no way asssociated with any actual player factions. If you also go throug the effort of actually reading through the threads where BMF asks for deliveries, you'll soon notice a pattern among the people delivering the goods.
For those of you who don't particularly care to click and look at the more than a dozen links there, I'll save you the trouble. Almost every one of your deliveries was made be the same three people. Claiming that almost every player faction was involved when you barely had enough players involved to be considered a faction is a bit of a stretch to put it mildly.
The other impressive part of this is that the vast majority of these deliveries all happened within a few weeks of each other, and if your claim of it having taken thousands of hours is to be believed than BMF must be able to operate some sort of time machine that allowed tthem to fit several months worth of activity time into the span of a few weeks while all being done by one or two individuals. Certainly if you simply call the entire timespan of the total deliveries as being part of the time accrued, then it would be in the count of thousands of hours, but that's in no way representative of the actual amount of activity spent on this project.
In short, you claim to have spent over a year on this, when by the very timestamps on the posts you're so proud of everything except for the moving of the constructed base following system changes happened in almost exactly six months. You claim to have involved "Almost every single player faction" when you involed at most four factions, which were mostly staffed by the same three people. And you claim to have spent thousands of hours on doing this, which would be mathmatically impossible within the timeframe given evidence by the very same posts that you linked. But I'm sure you're merely going to deny everything I've said here as if I'm part of some sort of conspiracy that is out to get you, and to make your faction look bad, when that is very much not my goal. You've managed to make yourself look bad, you certainly don't seem to need the help as far as I can tell.
BMF is not RPing BMM as lore dictates. If anything, this faction should be Freelancer IFF'ed Bretonia-originating group like my MAE once was. Your blatant ignore of RP attempts with "uncomfortable" people or ooRP text in local chats just make me feel like admins should really consider stripping away your officialdom status.
The sooner that you folks would just admit that you want to strip BMF of officialdom in order to award it to the Staff-owned BMM faction, the more I'd at least begrudgingly admire your belated honesty.

BMF issued internal contracts for wich we made a thread,
BMF employees would make posts on that same thread so they might repeat hemselvs cause they have more to add.
BMF issued contracts to several factions, for each contract one thread was made,
In each thread only players from that faction will anser, so they might repeat hemselvs cause they have more to add.
All i have to say aboyt your post is as follows:
The links you re-posted are links of replies to the same post. In particular FL-ER a freelancer un-official group we were helping at the time.
Pointing out the Official Factions involved
Faction Names that you claim dont exist and are Indy:
I think i count more than "4 at the most", the statement that these are all the same 3 players, well...
Obviously most of the work was done by Bretonia Corporations or BMF Staff, so obviously, names repeat as we are not all working on the same stuff at the time.
Further more, i can agree i made the mistake of saying "almost every official faction..." i should have completed it with : "almost every official faction... that made sense...", we wouldnt hire the Bounty Hunters to build us a base would we?
Now lets consider time error...
1.945.000 units of materials
Let us also consider we use only 5kers.
1.945.000 : 5.000= 389 loads
Lets say every single material was 15 minutes away from Planet Cambridge
as many materials were more far away and many closer, i think this a good medium time
389 x 15 = 5 835 minutes : 60 = 97.25 Hours
This time is only transportation, no pirate issues, no interactions, no nothing.
The base even got an atack declaration at the time, dont remenber who atacked it.
So i did fail bluntly, i considered the total time to complete it as the time stamps on the Roleplay as follows:
1st post timestamp:
3-17-2019, 06:32 AM,
Last post time stamp:
07-08-2022, 03:55 PM
I think i count more than 6 months.
The statement i made about thousands of hours was greatly exagerated.
The statement you made about 3 pilots only... well the forum accounts are there for everyone to see and its not 3 or 4.

Appearances, in this case, are NOT deceiving.
After all this time these complaints come at the pivotal point which shows that my point is valid, and the suspicions have merit.
Corruption is on full display.

There's never been a Republican Shipping Official faction. The people from DHC you contacted were also not part of the official faction ,and they weren't even able to completely fulfill your contract. You didn't contact any of the plethora of Interspace Commerce official factions that there have been. I don't know if you just lack the awareness to understand what a player faction is compared to an indie, but as far as I can tell you seem to think anyone with a non-generic ID is a part of a player faction, which is categorically wrong.
Your faction feedback thread is a treasure trove of people bringing up genuine issues with BMF's RP and all you do is shrug it off and act as if there's no issue at all when the history of these issues being repeated shows one of two things. You either don't have enough self respect to try to improve your faction or you're so blatantly incompetent as a faction leader that this is the best you can do. If this is the best you can do then I suggest you hand off leadership to someone that's capable of stringing more than two sentences together without contradicting themself, or possibly someone actually interested in roleplaying as a BMM faction and not whatever "Border Mining Force" is, which seems to be some sort of amalgamation of a Military, Intel and Corporate ID that would be so blatantly overpowered as to make all other corporate IDs completely irrelevant.
Guys come on, feedback is for constructive criticism, let's take a breather and chill.
There is no admin conspiracy to replace BMF with a different BMM OF, and sometimes it's not the end of the world for a faction in an obscure mod of a Abondonware game old enough to drink plays a bit differently while not breaking any rules.
It's ok to not like BMF, but as my parents have learned, no amount of slapping will make a disappointing son into a super lawyer doctor.
