Alrighty, this one required a little bit of work. Noticed the other Wild restarts were looking a little ill equipped.

- Rheinland, Kusari and Gallia Wild Restarts now have 3 Adapted Light Nomad Cannons equipped on the Starflier.
- Kusari Wild restart moved from Heaven's Gate in Tohoku to Aonyobo Annex still in Tohoku.

Effective immediately.
