I finally contacted you today with some good news for both of our Companies. We have had some Less than Friendly Talks with the Kusari government that needed the involvement of our Legal and Public Relations Team. But after some Back and Forth of Words and Arguments, we have Finally Gotten the Green Light to Start the Planning Phase for an Amaterasu Class Liner for Orbital Spa and Cruise. The Kusarian Government had several concerns Regarding your Production Schedule and the Availability of Drydock Space for the Building of such a Magnificent Vessel as the Amterasu. One of these concerns was that we would potentially Delay any Government Contracts that are done on Yokohama Shipyard. Of course wouldn't want to cause such trouble for the government. To make things more easy for both of us I will simply Copy the Words of Minister Ryuu Majima from his last Message to Orbital Spa and Cruise Regarding the Matter.
Director Kamimura is to present his approval of such a project and an estimated timeframe for a slot within Yokohama's drydocks in written form. The construction of an Amaterasu-class is a slow progress and Yamakazi-san was correct regarding current and upcoming bulk orders demanding significant amounts of Yokohama's capacities. National concerns have priority over export business.
As you see this is the Demand of the Kusari government towards our Friends at Samura. We would be More than grateful if you Could send me the Recommended pieces of information about this Purchase and the Construction of the Amaterasu.
Once all of this is done and after the liner is handed over to Orbital Spa and Cruise, we would also need a Long Term Maintenance and Checkup Contract with Samura Industries so that our Liner Stays in Top Shape and remains always in a State of the Art Level Technology. I already wanted to Inform you about our Plans, just in case you have to consider them for your Response.

Dear friend Cross,
Dear friend, Samura Heavy Industries thanks you for your preference and for your office's dialogue with our industrial construction and trade guidelines. Given your correct procedure with our empire, through the legal offices of the Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade, we are willing to start the construction of a Kusari Liner Amaterasu Class ship for OS&C's tourist use. Mainly within the imperial domains of Kusari. We also remind you of your committed and documented obligation to carry out the due checkup of said ship every year, as stated in your own words below.
Code:
Once all this is done and after the ship is delivered to Orbital Spa and Cruise, we would also need a Long-Term Maintenance and Inspection Contract with Samura Industries so that our ship remains in top shape and always remains at a State-of-the-Art Level.
We will immediately assign the procedures at the Yokohama Shipyard and the employees and collaborators will guide this project commissioned by OS&C.
In addition, with deep esteem and consideration for the cooperation that has always existed between our companies, we leave here our wishes that you have health and prosperity.

I am happy to hear that Minister Majima gave you the Green Light to Start the Construction. I am also happy to tell you that I Contacted the Minister today and Showed him the Proof of Insurance that he had demanded from us. With this, We have Fulfilled all the Necessary Measures that the Government asked us to take. I am excited that the Construction of the liner will begin soon and I Intend to be Present when the Keel Laying Ceremony will take place.
I am also Glad that you mentioned our commitment to a long-term maintenance and Inspection Contract. I am of the belief that the people who Build a Ship know best how to Maintain it. Therefore am I Glad that you want to do this for us. We can gladly take off some weeks each year to bring the Liner back to Yokohama and to Make sure that Everything Runs Smoothly. We have estimated that a 40 Year Contract with a Total Value of around 300 to 500 Million Credits should be Covering Most of the Costs for maintenance and a Refit and Total Overhaul of the Vessel after around 20 Years of Service. Depending on the Experience with maintenance and upkeep of the Vessle during this Time could we Discuss a Renewal of this Contract or the Purchase of a New Liner or a Possible Successor Model at this Point.
For now, I am most excited to see the First Steps in the Building of this Magnificent vessel. Meanwhile will our Cruise Department Plan the Most Lucrative Routes through Kusari for us. I hope to see you Soon Director.
