Pending a renewed review of fleet requirements in the Luneberg sector, this station has been put under mothball.

Docking is barred to all non-essential military personnel. This state will continue pending review by sector command staff. In the event of reactivation, KPR personnel will be granted free access to hangar and repair facilities and other onboard amenities. Your local command staff will be promptly informed if the facility is reactivated. Prior to when or if that happens, you may be granted emergency access in the event of a system-wide crisis, although it is likely the base will be reactivated in such an event.

Regardless, frontier facilities as a whole are not required to adhere to these regulations pending further legislation in the Reichstag. It is the opinion of the commanding officer that this should be exercised.
