I'm Whitney Blakefield on behalf of the mobile commune vessels "Rose Mallow" and "Meadowsweet". We were referred to you, by the crew of one of your logistics ships to pitch our business proposal.
The reason I'm writing you today is to rent a drydock facility to accomodate our "DL"-series transport vessel the "Meadowsweet", which is in dire need of refurbishments. We plan to operate a general overhaul on her, making her servicable with specific requirements for our community. For the longest time the vessel had been pushed to absolute limits going over recommended capacities. Furthermore she hasn't received a proper overhaul in eighteen years. Dating a long time back, she functioned mainly as the host of our travelling commune, representing ourselves as travelling handyman and logisticians for business. Therefore this transport fullfills not only the roll of a long distance hauler, but also accomodates onboard hydroponics and living quarters.
It came to our attention that Bristol offers drydock services and we regard you in good light as a more down to earth organization, willing to interact with individuals not presenting themselves in a fancy suit even. After long deliberation, our council decided to reach out in great interest to establish further trade relations, as we go by the credo "You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours". Furthemore we'd like to offer our variety of services to you, be it logistics or lending a hand in other ways, such as maintenance, engineering and more.
If possible, please state the required prerequisities and costs for a monthly rent. We'll send the vessel to the directed facility from you, if we can make an agreement that is.
We eagerly look forward to hearing back, and hope to discuss details soon.

I bid you a wonderful day, Miss Blakefield
Even though you already know my name, I'd like to introduce myself once again - my name is Daniel Lennox, and I am a member of the Board. My specialty is crafting custom business offers for clients who do not have the most ideal relationships with larger corporations or Houses. I want to thank you for deciding to contact me, and I hope my well-made suit will not dissuade you from cooperating with our small, but dynamic company.
Eighteen years without proper maintenance is indeed a very long time, and your vessel will likely require a truly comprehensive overhaul due to potential corrosion and material fatigue in its structural framework.
However, considering that our service capacities are currently stretched to the limit due to the pre-production testing of our new product, I recommend that you also involve our expert engineers and technicians in the actual process. The most significant expense for you might be the rental of the dry dock itself, where the price for a vessel in your category ranges between 10,000 to 25,000 credits per day, depending on the supplementary equipment rented, warehouse space occupied, and any potential hazards involved in the overall operation.
Please let me know if you our price range acceptable so we can coordinate the necessary arrangements and book a slot for your vessel.
We certainly look forward to working with you. We find the offering to be reasonable and would very much like to book a slot. The vessel will be readied shortly and preparations are being made. In the meantime, our engineers meticulously analyze the situation. We will hand over a detailed status report of what must be done once the vessel has been relocated to the assigned drydock.

Thank you for arranging the slot for our ship on 834-10-25 at 12:00 Sirius time. Is your vessel fully operational and capable of performing the necessary maneuvers or are you in need of a Heavy Mover assistance?
Yours sincerely,
Boardmember Daniel J. Lennox,
Bristol C&M.
