[Ship Stats] Reaper Powercore regen sucks.

Bug: Reaper bomber has much less powercore regen than other bombers.

Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1 Look at Reaper powercore regen
  
• Step 2 Look at literally every other bomber powercore regen
  
• Step 3 Cry.

And what class of shield does it have?

Reaper with its shield rebuilding: 995 recharge.
Vulture with its shield rebuilding: 860 recharge.

The Reaper also has a fighter-sized (2000 volume) shield as opposed to a bombers-sized (2500 volume) one.

Maybe the Reaper should be marked as a fighter-bomber as it's the only real hybrid left. This is intentional as bomber recharge rates are as high as they are to make up for very high shield drain.

Ah, I was not aware that it had Fighter shields, was just looking through the stats of it before i settled on my next ship and noticed the core discrepancy. Thought it a bug. No worries.
