Bug: The Nomad Bomber's Nova and Incapacitator torpedoes are phasing through the targets. I am using them on missions through Lichtenfeld in Omicron Delta. On attempts to land these torpedoes on the target they phase right through the ship, eating a total of half of my ammo trying to land hits on them. Occasionally
some of these torpedoes do not phase through and land, but this consists of around 20% of the time.
Reproduction Steps:
Use a bomber with these torpedoes mounted
Shoot torpedo at gunboat/cruiser or other targets, to ensure it hits, wait for them to come at you and you'll
see this effect much easier
The torpedoes often will go for the center of the hitbox and phase through without triggering a hit
Additional Information: I do not know if this is just for the Nomads Vs. Order missions through Lichtenfeld. And doesnt
exist anywhere else. I also just got back to Discovery and played previous versions.

Torpedoes now have arming times. They have to be in flight for 4+ seconds before they are allowed to hit. While its not uncommon for nomad stuff to be busted, this one is an intended game mechanic.

Okay, good to know. However the torpedoes were in flight for some points up to 10-15 seconds and still phased through the target. I'll like to know if this is for all torpedoes before I try, I want to use bombers to assassinate cruisers targets for missions.

Tested it thoroughly, works as intended. They damage cruisers fine. What can happen is torps doing no damage to huge ships if they hit the very front or back, meaning the explosion radius doesn't reach the ship's center. And yeah, for close targets the torps won't do damage due to arming time, primarily to avoid snub instakills.
