Trenton Outpost is home to Universal Shipping, one of the Big Three family of Liberty companies that also includes Ageira Technologies and Deep Space Engineering. Universal Shipping made its fortune by gambling on shipping silver from California to Colorado for use in terraforming Los Angeles, long before Jump Gates and Trade Lanes reduced the risk of transporting goods over such long distances. Universal then cemented its reputation as the premiere Liberty shipping company in 181 A.S. by signing a contract to handle all shipping between Ageira Technologies facilities and Deep Space Engineering construction sites.
With the invention and production of modular bases, Universal Shipping's aim shifted from transporting exclusively consumer commodities and Ageira and Deep Space Engineering freight to construction sites. Now, Universal Shipping gladly accepts contracts to supply maintenance materials and crew sustainment resources.
Recent History
Over the past couple of years, Universal Shipping has been a shell of it’s former self. The departure of key executives has lead to the downfall of activity, profits, and trust with the company. The CEO of Universal Shipping has recently made a statement about this trend:
“It has been identified that certain egos and turmoils within the company has lead to the departure of many good, productive assets to the company by means of pilots and executive staff. Those that have remained have shown great incompetence and their services are no longer needed. Effective immediately, anybody executive and officer ranks of President and below are hereby terminated. They are to report to Trenton Outpost immediately for termination processing.”.
Through an extensive recruitment and administrative campaign, Universal Shipping has reorganized it’s ranking system and charged new personnel with executive roles. Any current pilots that have shown exemplary performance have been retained or promoted. Recruitment for transport pilots are currently open. Those without extensive criminal or pilot infraction records are welcome to apply.

Our goal is to re-kindle relationships between traders and other players, primarily pirates. We want to build good player relationships with opposing factions and groups to allow transparency and trust to build within the player base. We will hold our players accountable for any negative actions toward that end while rewarding healthy interactions.
