Howdy, Horizons.
There’s been some chatter that reached my ears about your company and its interest in shipping valuable goods, if the cargo pays well. Rumour has it you caught wind of our prices before we announced to the public. That means either you are well-informed, or word travels faster than we can advertise. Either way, you found our evaluation of goods to be sufficient enough to have supplied our main warehouse with our quotas already.
Allow me to get straight to the point. There's a potential business proposal we aim to make with you. Grootegeluk Depot is looking part-time haulers, that can ship specific goods as necessary, depending on demand and availability. In essence, what we want is to "Formalise" the arrangement, in a manner that may well benefit us both. Of course, this would also bring you close proximity to our home, and in turn, access to our imports and exports list, that you are already familiar with.
We look forward to hearing back from you, and the potential to open potential doors to negotiations on future contracts with you.

Greetings, Mr. Turner. My name is Jax Burton, CEO of Horizons.
We're very happy to hear from you today! We have indeed heard of your prices. Our captains are very adept at "keeping their ears to the ground" when it comes to future deals. As such, we have been frequenting the bazaar onboard Grootegeluk and have begun shipping various materials to your home.
From what I've been told from my people, it would seem that Super Alloy, High Temperature Alloy, Quantum Multiplexors, and Cryocubes in particular are of high demand with Industrial Materials, MOX, Uranium, and a couple of other materials being seen as secondary. We are happy to hash out a formal contract with you and your people to see delivery of these materials and any others that you wish to have us supply to your station. Please let us know if this is to be an open ended contract (limited supply) or a timeline/amount based.
Thank you for your interest in Horizons! We look forward to a prosperous and future relationship!

Pleased to hear back so fast, Jax.
As I am sure you are already aware, our warehouse allocation is limited to specific quantities of these materials. You have already been quite busy and for the moment, there is not much else we can offer you. Of course, when we establish efficient and effective production lines of these ship components, there will be need of such cargo in future.
It is within our interests to maintain an "Open Contract" with you, whereby goods may be shipped as and when stocks deplete. Prices are "Payment upon Delivery", which I presume works fine with your company, judging by the logged shipping manifests. Other commodities such as Industrial Materials are not as sought after for the time being, as we are unable to reliably produce refined Iridium. Even with efficient storage allocation, logistics are struggling to maintain flexible stocks for all functional modules.
If you find this Open Contract agreeable, we can move onto the finalising of this business arrangement. Would you feel it better to formalise with paperwork such an agreement, or simply refer to this communication line as reference to it?

Of course! Always happy to respond to a new client!
As for the terms of the contract, we would prefer a written contract specifically specifying which items you need delivered and for how often. This is to ensure that both parties hold up their end of the contract and materials are regularly delivered as per the terms of the arrangement. That isn't to say that this contract can't be amended at anytime for any additional materials needed by Grootegeluk for any projects that you may have ongoing now or in the future.
As for the Industrial Materials, we will place a pin in that for the time being until such a time that you figure out the supply line issue where that is concerned.
Once we have the list of materials you need restocked on a regular basis, we can move forward with creating and signing a contract. Please consider our recent restock of your home a gift from all of us at Horizons and an example of what our company can do for you. We look forward to hearing back as soon as you are able

Greetings, Jax.
On the matter of providing a list of required goods, we can supply our maximum stock and material prices for each commodity. The frequency of these deliveries are the difficult side of the contract. As you may be aware, the Depot's warehouse constantly reaches close to maximum capacity from small supply runs and maintenance materials. We could provide all the details now, and relay messages as and when supply options are available. Alternatively, we can provide a list only of what is needed, when it is needed.
If neither of these suits in its fullest form, and you have such an alternative in mind, please feel free to request, and we will happily draw up that version instead.

In situations such as these, it is easiest to simply give us a list of items you wish to see delivered on a regular basis. If you choose, you can reach out to us via this communication line to inform us when things need filled, or dependent upon how much of the resources you use on a regular basis, we can stop by on a weekly or bi-weekly timetable. Once we have that information, we simply formalize this information with a wet or digital signature from the both of us signifying the intent to do business via an open contract.
Easy as that. Let us know which materials, in "black and white", so to speak, and we can move forward with confirming our intent to ship those materials and we can get you fully stocked on the regular.
Note: Please keep in mind, Horizons lacks health certificates from various health and wellness agencies to transport food or oxygen in large quantities, so food and oxygen are out. However, we do have some water miners on staff, but lack the requisite resources in the Omicrons to achieve this. As such, any food, oxygen, or water restocks are out of the question in relation to this contract.

Then for the time being, while our stocks remain at good capacity, we will hold fire on that list. Your shipping has saturated many of our most important material stocks and we have only irregular requirements for anything else. If you manage to come across any ‘Prototype Components’ on your travels, be them through any means, our warehouse manager would be more than happy to pay you for delivering them to us.
With our warehouse being the Depot’s biggest hurdle, there’s currently talks to expand so that this becomes far less of a concern. Once we have the plans completed, we will be looking at a large need of some assorted construction materials to aid the process. When this time comes, having proved to be quite efficient, we will be more than happy to provide you with the details.
