I’m writing to inform you that we successfully delivered 5,000 units of Basic Alloy to Eclipse HQ. However, I must extend our apologies, as this falls short of our intended shipment of 10,000 units. It appears that some of our crew at Maric Metallurgical Labs were overzealous in selling our recent alloy production, inadvertently overlooking our primary commitment to your HQ.
This oversight has highlighted areas within our internal operations that need improvement. Rest assured, we are addressing this issue to prevent similar disruptions in the future and to maintain a steady, reliable supply for Eclipse HQ.
On a positive note, our recent adjustments to transport security have been effective—our convoys are now running safely with no further pirate interference. This should allow us to expedite the next shipment of Basic Alloy as planned.
Lastly, we wish to gently follow up on the ROSEGUARD shield reserved at MML for Eclipse HQ. We haven’t yet received confirmation regarding its pickup. My superiors in MML Administration are concerned we may have misinterpreted your interest and hope there has been no misunderstanding on our part. The shield remains ready for you whenever convenient.

Greetings, captain. The shield has been successfully installed on the particular snub vessel, it seems that it's adaptivity is on 100% capacity.
The prices for the special equipment are fine with us, most of the products in the Omicrons are quite expensive, so most of the materials have to be fetched out in House space, plus paying the workers to do the flying.
