Character's short story:Marcus is a veteran of the First Nomad War. He was there when Trent made the fateful shot, there when the Nomad city fell.
After the events of that day, he decided to retire and try to live a normal life somewhere in Kusari space. Marcus acquired a home on Honshu with a small garden; he had enough money, and most importantly, there was no need to put his life on the risk every day. A decent life which many only dreams about.
But with each passing year, Marcus realized that a quiet life was not for him, his military past had left an indelible mark, and it was becoming increasingly difficult and boring to languish in civilian life. When troubling news reached Marcus from the distant systems about the increased activity of a threat he thought had been dealt with, he immediately reached out to his old contacts in the Order and offered his assistance.
Given Marcus's outstanding experience in fighting the Nomads, he was offered a position in the Hades Brigade, primarily operating in the far regions, in the very heart of Nomad space.
Now he just needs to find someone who will take care of the garden left on Honshu.

Character's short story: For a long time, Miсhael was the captain of a coalition battlecruiser, but over time and experience, he began to realize that the propaganda of the coalition meant only the sole power of a conditional leader, and not the benefit for the peoples of Sirius.
He wanted to benefit and protect humanity, and during his service he gained connections that helped him leave the coalition without persecution.
Michael was going over in his head who shared his worldview? To answer, he went to omicrons, as if something was pulling him there, and there in a bar on freeport he remembered that to some extent the order protects humanity from threats, including alien ones.

Character's short story: I was born on Toledo on May 7th, 805 A.S. as a daughter of two Order pilots. Luckily, we moved to Akabat literally three weeks before the Slomon K'Hara destroyed the planet. I spent the rest of my youth on Akabat and had the luck to study liberal arts and basic combat training at the Orillion's Military School. To my surprise, my parents decided to move to the Taba Starbase in 823 A.S but not as I thought to work as escort pilots for the Order supply convoys again but rather join the Vanguard ranks. So I moved with them, having good knowledge about the happenings of Toledo. I remained on Akabat all the time, helping wherever I could but in 828 A.S. I couldn't sit still anymore and managed to get spaceship training. Finally having been in space in the year 830 A.S. I started to do smaller escorts or recons for those who already became like my family... the Order. Looking back at my past after 834 A.S. and the loss of our all home I only wish to tell you that I lived undercover in Liberty, gathering data and planning my own things, but I always kept sending the Secondary Fleets command data packs. Now I am here back in the Omicrons. Ready to serve the Eclipse Vanguard.

Having witnessed the aftermath of the Battle of Minor at a young age, he was very aware of the existential threat posed to humanity by the Nomads. After the very recent Nomad invasion in Zeta, he heard the horror stories of the Zoner captains who were called-in to evacuate Capetown station. This solidified his resolve, and he wanted to use his skills for more grander, selfless purpose in hopes of protecting fellow humans.
So today, he seeks out the Eclipse Vanguard of the Order Overwatch knowing that they are the bastion of humanity's future in this unforgiving galaxy.<
