5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.

Fined all cargo, credits and guns. 14 day ban. Given that while I've been stripping your ship another report has come in, this may be increased.

I believe that I have not posed as an adminstrator of the forum and would request to see proof of what I have been acused for. (all credits)!!!!!!!!!!! - this is outragous
i spent 68 hours on this game making this money i find it obsured that you are taking all of this away from when i have benn engaged on several occations in the rhineland system by a player that has not said that he engaged me and subsequently lost around 2.3 million credits. I would like to see all the evidence against me. Before posting that i was banned you should have sent me an email or posted the 'proof' of me breaking the rules. Understood that, yes, i have attacked a lower level player. Does this mean that you are taking away all of my credits ?? What other reports - i have done nothing wrong
I would like see all the evidence that you have to make this ban - if you do not have any real evidence for all of this execpt word of the mouth, than i should expect this ban to be lifted. while im at it you might as well ban RHINELAND for attacking me when i was killed and leaving the system -TWICE. i was going to send out a report today only to realise that my account has been banned. If you are taking all of my credits away i won't bother using this server again or any dicovery mods for that matter and shall not bother posting on this website again - whats the point when you have faulsely accused and then stripped of everything you have been working on for 68 hours!!!!! I would like more evidence on this matter of another 'report' of me doing nothing wrong from people that would happily like you to be banned out of pure spite because they HATE you. - pretty disapointing that you ban me for something as petty as that and a load of false acusations. Considering this, if you take away everything, i just wont bother with this anymore.
i don't konw the admins really well, i was exaggerating, but i did speak to one admin for a while and he changed my name for me Loawai (sorry if i spelt it wrong) but i didn't pose as an admin. This cheeky guy sent a report out on me when he killed me twice again. I was helping my friend as an escourt and the guy killed me, and then killed me again. I don't like reporting people so i dropped it, but if you want to know a witeness on this guy contact HAF-A-BROWN, he has multiple charc's and he was on his junker charc and he seen it. I would never pose ad an admin thats just has ban written all over it. I have admitted to accidenlty killing an under level player but i did give him compensation of around 1mil. Believe me i am really hacked off at this guy for reporting me - but i was not posing as an admin. I din't say i was an admin or act tlike on at all. I didn't change my name to [admin] and i didn't pose as an admin. I really am not the sort who will go and report people for doing nothing wrong out of spite.
I don't mind paying a fine or something or wheter you take away all of my stuff - the worst thing is being accused of something in did not do and then someone who has acctually commited the crime sending a report in on me and just gettting of scott free. Shame i didn't have any screen shots otherwise i would have nailed that guy down.
i understand why you have banned me - i just wish i had screen shots of this guy actually killing me, he killed me twice in the same system and thats where that coversation came from but speak to HAF-A-BROWN because he was asking me to be an escourt and i said yes so we were going and it was just in o-15. Fair? The people who reported you broke no rules. They can tax you as many times as they like as you pass them. You are the one who refused, let them kill you, and then complained about it and mentioned your admin friend as they caught you again later trying to slip past them. Your way of dealing with someone who annoyed you in game is to threaten people with reports and claim that you are friends with an Admin. The implication is clear. Attempt to pirate me and I'll have you sanctioned. That's exactly the kind of thing that earns you a hefty punishment.
And the buddy you mention got a sanction for threatening to report people as well. So I'll wait for him to post here to see if he has anything constructive to say.
Read 3.4 carefully. In fact, read all the rules carefully. Considering I see little by way of any acknowledgement of responsibility for breaking the rules in your replies, I have little sympathy for your responses here.
I don't want any sypanthy, i am still really cheesed off and you can expect people to be angry and annoyed at people. They were empty threats, something that i thought would make them say sorry or something along the lines of that - OK i didn't read rule 3.4 and i really didn't know that you weren't allowed to tell people that you were going to contact discovery website. i didn't mean ban HAF-A-BROWN, he didn't do anything, infact it was all me i meant i was annoyed that those two guys killed me. Don't ban him, he really didn't do anything or pose as admin. i know him well enough and he always follows the rules when i escourt him. - ok..... he didn't do it, it was me ok. I don't expect anything from you and i know that my prevois respones weren't that polite, but HAF really is innocent, ask everyone he never breaks the rules and the screen shots just say that he couldn't be pirated. But that really isn't a crime worthy of a ban, fair enough, we got killed but don't bam him. I don't mind if you increase mine as long as you drop his completly. All i can say is now i understand i can finally acknowledge that i was at fault. I hope you accept my apologe
