Hello Mr. Bommel,

I suppose word in Rhienland travels quickly about the Liberty Navy's new installations, after our recent dealings with Weiss Shipping. Official Liberty Navy policy is to quote unquote "Buy Libertonian", though, this is not always possible or realistic, despite our politicians patriotic intentions. As I am sure you are aware from visiting what I presume was Susquehanna station, DSE's ships capable of moving large ship components are being fully utilized - as soon as they arrive they are quickly turned around with more goods to move. It is this lack of logistic supply that led us to seek out Weiss. As it stands, my shipyard foreman tells me, we still lack a consistent supply of Propulsion systems, even with Weiss assisting in shipping the unwieldy parts. I have been authorized by Supply Command to offer the same deal to you at DHC. Plano Outpost, and further, the Navy, will gladly purchase Propulsion systems at the current rate we agreed with Weiss - $15,200 per unit, logistic costs included, for a maximum of 500 units. This contract would be open ended, with your ships being free to deliver the components whenever you please, when our supply becomes low.

there is a common saying in Rheinland: A wise man can hear profit in the wind.
But I must admit, I wasn't aware of your talks with Weiss Shipping.

However, we at Daumann Heavy Construction have recently faced a problem with Libertonian Unlawfuls. One Lane Hacker intruded into Rheinland, tried to steal Ablative Armor Plating from Daumann and sabotaged our mining operations. We were already adviced by the law-enforcement of Rheinland to strengthen control measures on that product. This already leaded to an expensive investigation regarding our security protocols. Althrough we would like to offer our customers a memorable experience with our service, we would have to cover the incurred costs.

As such I would like to ask you to either slightly increase the purchase price per unit to 15.500 credits (this will only result in a profit gain of 10 credits per occupied cargo unit) or to neutralize the remaining Lane Hackers.
