I once told you, I'm not used to repeat myself, but here we are.
Zere are several reasons, why I insist to get docking access on your installation:

1. Your own behavior

You accepted a contract wiz ze Rheinland Polizei several monzs ago. Despite increased hints, focused on ze fulfillment of ze contract, I have not yet seen any progress in your work. I consider zis as subversive conduct. You also mentioned, you prioritize ze Tholey clean-up over Olpe, which is a bit suspect.

2. ALG behavior wizin Rheinland

We were contacted at Daumann Heavy Construction on regard of ze tampering of Rheinland infrastructure. DHC suffered monetary losses in zis regard. Herr Grimwald from Weiss Imperial Shipping confirmed zis incident. Zey also suffered losses. After Directorin Wolf contacted ALG and asked for an opposing point of view, zere was no answer. Afte she levied a fine, ALG replied wiz a rejection.

3. Securing ze Alsace Passage

As I already mentioned, we are now securing ze Rheinland-Gallia highway. Ze neutralization of any zreat from ze Red Hessian or ozer terrorist scum has top priority in zis context. I hope I don't have to remind you of why ze Altenburg is stationed in Cologne. It is monitoring ALG’s Wuppertal Refinery for suspected treachery and ohh look, we have anozer ALG installation, where ze Red Hessians once begun zeir attack in ze system.

Don't get me wrong, ze Rheinland Polizei is very interested in clearing ze wrecks from ze orbit of Planet Saarbrücken. We are currently considering, whezer it would make more sense to build a prison station in ze orbit of ze planet, in order to offer ze citizens entertainment. Ze reconstruction of Olpe is, zanks to you, very lengzy.

Now, would you be so keen and finally grant us docking access?
Ozerwise I'm forced to shoot a hole in your installation and search in ze debris for what I am looking for.

Due ze density of ze asteroids our comm system was somehow damaged and we were not able to receive your message(s) until ze systems we repaired. Following zis, we had to leave ze field and devote ourselves to your station again regarding your violation of orders.

Since we repaired ze systems now near ze Altenburg, We were finally able get your message and send you a response. So far, ze Kreuzer did not find ze enemy fleet, but we encountered a ship wiz an alien transponder signal 14k away from your installation. Unfortunately we lost ze track of ze ship. I zerefore ordered a scouting ship to ze system.

As I call ze presence of an entity of §5.2. an emergency to ze safety of ze Alsace passage, your are hereby deputized to render assistance, by providing a provincially operations room for ze aforementioned ship. Failure to comply will be treated according to §2.5.1..

Needless to say, zat you'll need to repair ze holes in your station first.

almost four monzs have passed since my last message. Ze kaiserliches search team has achieved some success in ze Cologne system. Unfortunately, due to lack of your response, we have been forced to resupply our officers and equipment ourselves. I have also been forced to request reinforcement from ze Rheinland core systems – zis is very embarrassing for a woman of my rank, as it could lead to ze perception zat I am unable to resolve ze matter myself.

Unfortunately, one of our ships near ze Zurich gate reached its capacity of prisoners. It was zerefore forced to stop at your station. Regrettably, ze station appears to be in a deplorable state. As previously announced, zis will result in a fine of 100.000 sirius credits according to §2.5.1.

Ze Versorgungsschiff Wettin has already been dispatched to supply your station wiz essential repair materials. However, do not assume we will do zis again! I already told you, to contact Daumann Heavy Construction for repairs. Unfortunately, ze station doesn't have enough supplies to feed ze crew and prisoners. Please take care of zat! It would be incredible pazetic if a few prisoners were able to escape zrough ze holes in ze station.
