Ladies, gentlemen, and any combination thereof. My name is Commissar-Captain Nikolaus Al-Rashid, and I m the man responsible for the enforcement of the Rules of the Road in Omega 52. Now, its come to my attention that several of you appear to think that Omega 52, and Cape Verde station, are your own personal playgrounds that you can waltz through whenever you feel like it. This is not so. There are several groups that have permission to use the system as a route for trade, and thats it. If anyone else is caught in that system again, you will be given One (1) warning to leave, and after that you shall be vaporized. The Grand Admiral has informed me that he has no tolerance left for those who trespass upon Coalition Military space, and is willing to forgo the No firing on Civilians policy for the purposes of defending our sovereign space.

Now, this is the list of Groups and Individuals that have permission to use Omega 52 as a trade route:


-Trader Red Afonso, for services rendered.
-Any Trading Vessel who presents the appropriate evidence that it is a Covert Revolutionary support ship.
-The Vessel 'Blubba-Squat'

The Following groups have permission to use Omega 52 as a route for the passage of their own forces, and may dock to refuel and resupply if neccesary. Confine yourselves to the Civilian Levels of the station however, or there will be consequences.

-Any Warship of the Phantom Empire
-Any Ship of the Order's Black Squadron
-Any member of The Angels

These Groups may ask for permission to pass through, but may not dock. Inform the SCRA Pilots on duty your reasons for passing through. If its for the purposes of piracy, or if you engage in piracy in or around our system, expect to receive a rather explosive welcome the next time you pass through. If for any reason the pilot on duty feels that you are not trustworthy enough to be allowed through, leave immediately of have your face re-arranged by the guns of the Coalition.

People lately seem to be getting stupider, as you also have seen, and this is endangering Zoner stations. So, I'm requesting passage through Omega-52 for my fighter.

Expected routes pass through Omega-49, Omega-50, Omega-52, Omega-5, Omega-41, and Omicron Theta, to reach Freeports 5 and 11.

My ship is a registered Zoner vessel, and I have had no previous encounters with your group. It's a Viper MkII, so I obviously can't do much supplying for the... why do you call them an "alliance" anyway? Look at them, squabbling over rocks and crying about imagined insults like idiotic children!

I don't expect this to be a free personal favor, naturally, and I'm willing to provide some service or supplies you may need. Someone needs to teach these damned kids a lesson.
