The Plato is a random indie that we met in game, not a skype buddy, we decided to give him a chance for some RP, normally the CIA would order the police either not to apprehend the said agent. Clearances are given and a lot of times the local law enforcement has to listen to orders from FBI/CIA without question, they are sometimes sharing the information with them, sometimes not. Depending on the level of classified information, now this one should've been shared immediately with the rest, I'm not saying it was handled properly, but I'm saying that if the LN ordered them not to do something, especially considering the LN officer was of higher rank, they should've listened.
I understand, that is true, they should have listened.
But that doesn't make LN orders right, does it?
If it was me, I'd tell them to keep him there, come there, take over his arrest, and let him go after that.
This way it was just silly.

As much as I'd love the LN and myself to handle things in such a way, unfortunately game mechanics don't allow for arrests and getting two indies to go along for some RP by one detaining the other without shooting is to my knowledge something only Jesus or some other deity could achieve.

Problem is, they can't kill him. If he drops cardi, they can't kill him.
And why in hell's name would he keep Cardi? To sell it?
If he sold it, then this is just even more ridiculous then I thought.
And yes, arrests can be RP-ed very easily.
And as far as I'v seen, those two indies were doing pretty well with RP.
I didn't even mean 'arrest', I meant that LN gets there and takes over the one who broke the law.
Those two would still think he's dealt with, and you would do as you wish.
By doing like it was done, now everyone knows what happened.
I expect Outcasts to shoot him as informant now. I know I would.
Don't know about those, but I'm pretty sure there's a dread called Durango, or similar.

Only the Anchorage and the Durango are active, with Milwaukee being the third, but as I said the player who owns it has pretty much retired and only comes on to keep it alive and not deleted.
Edit: As for Chopper, we did take over it, we ordered them not to kill him, until we can get there pretty much? A simple order to follow ain't it? And it was done like that because some people like to flame and use every excuse they can get to cause flames. As I said not much community in this "community", just backstabbers.
Editx2: Ahem also about the dreads, ALL except the Anchorage, Durango and the Milwaukee are deleted/out of LN, that makes Anchorage and the Durango only active ones.
San-Francisco was the one that ordered all of us not to shoot Fantasia.;)

Anyhow, glad to see a reasonable discussion! Hope it's mutual!
