Well I have told already that they can ,if you ask me(Bhg>Junker). But its Rp server... So I think noone should simply kill someone neutral (Since I dont think Junker with cargo of water is dangerous hostitele) without telling a word, just because he can...
Edit: And BOUNTY hunter shouldnt attack junker unless selfdefense or bounty anyways I think ( In RP means not RULES)

Elvin, as I have said before, this is a discussion of rules, not RP, the rules need to be clear on these things so that we know what is ok and what is not when it comes to RP. I have asked the Admins for a clarification of Rule 6.15, so unitl that is decided we are just discussing it, there is no right and wrong, it is about how people interpit the rules, and the only people who's opinion on the matter really count are the admins.
So here is the thread I requeted the clarification in, please do not post in it.

What is your problem man? There is a discussion about the rules going on here, and you seem to get upset everytime I dont agree with you, if you are not mature enough to handle this conversation, kindly leave it.

Cmon, stop the offendings, Its getting really harrasment-like already. Just try to get the thing, RP is before rules, since the rules are to support RP. So that rules allows you to shoot on traders, I wonder about your RP answer on that. "Why have you killed that poor trader with water?" " Cos I can". Good. This is not about someone killing a Trader ID'ed ship with no cause, it is about a Bounty Hunter destroying a Junker ID'ed ship, and wether that is within the rules or not, so please stop trying to change the topic.

Or it could be tha a Junker attacked him earlier, or pirated his brothers ship, or he may just be pissed at Junkers, but the key remains that yes the rules are there to enable RP, and if the rules say Bounty Hunters cant attack junkers that limits the Bounty Hunters RP. The rules dont say the Bounty Hunter "must" attack.. they say they have the right to, which means it is up to the Bounty Hunter wether he attacks or not, depending on his RP.

Well I have told you more than 5 time that BH can attack Junker. But this is not PvP server, you should have some reason to kill, not kill cos you can... and that was the types of BH who attacks even police when comes to it I guess, so he had no reason, he simply wanted to kill something, and that guy was unlucky and met him... Only thing aginst Rules was OORP, but not the attack itself.
PS: Oh righ send me the bio of the hunter wanna see the part about why he attacks Junkers on sight without a word.
