Some one posted asking about a little while ago and the general consensus was that it was ok for a Junker to fly the Talcara if they had reasonable RP.
Bah I can't find it, But I know there is one about it some where. There was a Zoner who went to Junker and wanted to know if it would be RP for him to keep the Talcara.

Can't remember, oh well.
The truth of the matter is that a Zoner should not be using a Talarca either, they have the Zoner Dessie to use. Folks please remember the Kusari are a very insular people, their government controlled by the more nationalist elements in the society, so they are not likely going to sell their ships to outsiders. In any event, I looked at this persons RP (I am not going to put his name here, the members of the Junkers Congress will know of whom I speak, so I see no reason to publicly name him), and there is no mention of even where he got the ship, although it seems he has put some work into his RP, nice pictures and all, but that does not change the fact that Junkers should not be using this ship, and in fact if they are they should be posting in the Special RP section for permission.
A second item for Tinkerbell, on your diplomacy, I would request as one of the leaders of the Corsair nation, that you move the Corsairs from friendly to neutral, until such time as some piece of diplomacy is done to justify the friendly title, as the NPC's are neutral. I would also ask that until such time as relations are moved to friendly through RP, that Junkers using Corsair ships (primarily the M26 and Prefect, as those are the one's I see being used by Junkers) either post in the Special RP section, or request their use through the Council of the Corsair Elders. Minimally Tinkerbell, a list of Junkers Congress members using Corsair ships would be appreciated by the Council of Elders. Your faction request says that you should be doing RP with the appropriate faction anyway, but I have seen none about Junkers using Corsair ships.

Who should post here?
The admins have agreed that the main reason to introduce the practice of special character approval is to prevent players from using doubtful RP excuses using non-RP ships and weaponry. So, our task is not taking away freedom of choice, but rather prevent out-of-RP setups from appearing without any logical background. This forum is meant to determine if the background is logical or not.
Slight changes in equipment or weaponry (like using an occasional gun of another faction while having generally correct ship setup) should not require post in this forum. Changes that do require posting are:
- Using ship not belonging to the faction or its close allies; - Using weapon/equipment setup that significantly differs from player faction's;
- Applying for Terrorist ID;
- Other cases of using out-of-RP ship, eqipment setup or unusual role-playing alignment.
Junkers using Corsair ships fall into this category, as would a Junker using a Talarca for that matter. Please do not take this as a flame, I like the Junkers, I just don't like the idea that Junkers can use any ship they feel like.
Are these Junkers using Corsair ships congress members? If they are not then Tink has no say at all on what they fly. The rules on the first page are for congress members only not all Junkers.

What I said was that Junkers using Corsair ship should either RP with the Council to get them, or use the Special RP section. What I asked Tinkerbell for was a list of Junker Congress members (If any) using Corsair ships. Two different statements, not a single one. I understand that Tinkerbell doesn't control all Junkers.
I think I agree with your idea. While I don't necessarily think a Talarca would be an outright no, it does seem to fall into the realm of the special section.
