Too low on shields and armor? How do you manage that? Use Mk-VIII armor and a lvl 10 shield.
If you want a super-powered cap-killer, load up on Snovas and powerful codenames for your weaponry. Mount shieldbusters if you want for fighters and caps alike. Infernos are an option... It's all your choice.
If you want a CD, it's no big deal. Snova doesn't need to be double mounted anyways.
i've been considering dismantling my blood dragon bomber lately, maybe for the right price I could give you the gear I use.
Right now, she's got a blood dragon bomber (red catamaran) equipped with 2x Blue Blaze cannons, 2x Cerberus cannons, a supernova antimattercannon, train cruise disruptor, and mkVIII fighter armor.
snova takes up 3/4 of your energy and the inferno wastes alot of energy aswell, so make sure you use them seperatly from the Nomads...
But the load out you seem to have, seems to be oorp
Falcata is outcasts, Outcasts worship the nomads and never use their weapons and the tiz's are corsair weapons and enemies of the Outcasts...

well, i will not comment on the funny combination of nomad, outcast and corsair weaponry on one ship. - but when it comes to what damage the ship does....
the bombers main dps is the supernova hands down. - when you re going against capital ships - the main purpose of a bomber anyway.
for that, your main concern is the shields ... to break the shields down, you d use the SN along with shield breakers - like the colada or the tizona - or codenames, whatever you like.
when you re going against fighters - it depends on what you like more. - a loadout of 4lvl9 faction guns is jsut as effective as 4 codenames or 3 shieldbreaker and 1 cannonball for example. - it depends on what your pvp style is like.
of course you should group your weapons. - so in the very uncommon and rare case that you can mount a supernova + inferno ( meaning, - in case you are an outcast ) ... you use the inferno to strip the shields first - you can forget about the SN before the shields are down, cause its a lot less energy effective than the SN for that job. - once the shields are down, you can use either your guns or an occasional inferno to keep it down, while you re doing the main job with the supernova.
in a pvp against a good fighter you can either be a top gun specialist and SN your opponent down, but if he knows how to dodge, its easier to rely on the inferno to strip him and use your guns to tear him down.
the weapons you have are offering a lot of dps - but ( well, i decided to comment on them anyway ) - they are generally ooRP unless you re a special RP char. if you re a corsair, i d recommend 4 coladas + SN + train CD + nuke mine for general pvp. ( or codenames instead of coladas if you have the cash ) - but as a matter of fact, you ll do just as good with 4 salamanca 2...
Good setup depends on what you are planning to counter. If you are looking to bring some doomsday to caps, inferno, SN and 4*Imp Deb would do well. But this setup could make you prone to VHF and lower so using 4*Codename instead of the shield busters could be thought. Or 2*Imp Deb + 2*Kraken or 4*Kraken if you are confident of your inferno aim. I can give lots of other examples but the defining factor is your overall ambition in a bomber. If you are planning to chase traders, you should use a train cd with your SN. For a balanced setup against caps and VHF/lower, I would suggest 4*code+inferno+sn. And I assume you are rping as an Outcast.
