----Submitting Data Report----
Congratulations to all of you. It's wonderful to see so many talented officers.
On the subject of my report, ahh...where to start?
Launching today, I found New York quiet. I was just starting a quick sweep when suddenly I was alerted about three pirates disrupting traffic on the West Point to Manhattan Line, so I quickly headed there. Heading to the scene, I came upon a rogue gunboat, a Falcata bomber, and a Sabre. The bomber was quickly destroyed, and the gunboat soon after. The Sabre, seeing his allies fall, ran. We chased him until he eventually stop and fought back. Needless to say, he did not last long.
Then, we received reports of multiple bogeys in Alaska, so we headed there. Jumping into the system, my long range scanners picked up a intruder, a Order pilot. Me and Lt. Ryans pursued the Order, while Chris Ortega dealt with a Cruise Liner in the system. The Order pilot reached the minor jump hole, and sensing my chance, I quickly took some evidence. However, while I was busy taking evidence, the Order Osiris, quickly stopped it's jump sequence and opened fire, completely surprising me, and I had no chance to dodge. My ship was destroyed and I ejected, and the dishonorable pilot jumped before Ryans could take him out.
And I thought the Order was trying to negotiate a peace, but their warships come into our Alaska and destroy naval pilots and hired bounty hunters?
Ryans took me back to Norfolk, where I was supplied with another ship, and I hurtled off to help Chris with the escaping Luxury Liner, which had left Alaska and was running from z21.
I quickly came to pursue him, and oddly, the Cruise Liner was licensed to a pirate...though it ran under a police identity. We chased him into the badlands, then breaking off before going deep. Oddly, the Liner returned, making a beeline towards Texas. Once again we intercepted him, and he ran off again. Meanwhile, a Lane Hacker Gunship arrived, and Ryans and I engaged, managing to cause severe damage to him before he fled into the badlands.
Finally, the system calmed down. I retired to my home on Manhattan, to tend to some paperwork. More bills for a new ship. Great.

Greetings noble officers,
I come before you with a humble request, for moral's sake, not monetary.
Too long has the secret slave trade been kept quiet and ignored. I know much of it, I was involved in it. However, after meeting hundreds of slaves during that time, I regret doing so and want to somewhat attone for my ways. I want to help as many of those being exploited as possible.
Now I have contacts within that industry, I can puchase the slave's lives and set them free. As you should be aware there is a minor facility in Omega 49 which rehabilitates slaves on a minor scale. With the Council of Zoner's approval I intend to build a Rehabilitation centre with potential to make a big affect on this evil trade.
Many Slaves have been institutionalised, they should be gradually helped back to a normally functioning life. Turning them over to the police in my opinion is unhealthy for their wellbeing.
The issue I have is with getting these slaves to the Rehabilitation Facility, as they are declared contraband.
The laws are in place to uphold morals and maintain order, our intentions are truly moral, and by removing slaves from this trade we are surely increasing the order in your prosperous nation.
I therefore request our ships be licensed to transport slaves, the journey is long and difficult as it is, with little monetary gain, without the law threatening us.
Our ships will have this callsign registered: ZAS (Zoners Abolishing Slavery)
This is how they shall be setup:
The pilots would purchase the slaves in Texas, they would then be loaded into cells on prison liners with few luxuries, they need to be deinstitutionalised gradually, so as not to shock or scare them with the unknown. They would then fly through New York, cruising by Planet Manhatten, so they can see the centre of Sirius before continuing.
The ships themselves would be equipped with cap ship armour, as one can never know when there might be a misunderstanding with the lawfuls. Also they would carry a maximum of 2500 slaves. The rest of the cargo space is occupied by oxygen, food, water, medicines, and fuel. Each ship would also require 200 staff, including guards, navigators, doctors, gunners, counsellors and carers.
These wages would need to be provided by the Zoners tax system, as would the items. The pilot's wages will be paid by the centre, 900 credits per slave, although, in turn that is funded by the Government.
I know that certain vessels have been licensed to carry artifacts in the past, exceptions to the law are available. I modestly request an exception, to free the exploited and abused. I ask for a license to transport slaves. If you would like any amendments or changes to the above please state them, I am willing to make any alterations, as long as they are for the benefit of our passengers.
Coriko out.

I'm dreadfully sorry for the delay in the reply to your request. You must understand our work is constantly piling up with the movement of mercenaries out of Liberty, along with the defense and safety we already provide the people. It is not my wish to keep you from your home, and your records seem to be clean.
You're free to tread where you will in Liberty, but heed my warning. Should you even twitch towards a side known as defection, your ship will be swept from under you so fast you won't know what house system you're in. I hope I make myself clear, pilot and welcome back home.

[To: Liberty Forces & Ryan MacTavish]
Ryan, I'll make this short and sweet; Cogratulations, Squadron Leader MacTavish.
To the rest of you, Ryan is being promoted for his exceptional leadership skills, and his grace in commanding a fighter.
His new rank gives him power over anyone except Admirals and Vice Admirals, in combat situations; off of the field of battle, he is to be regarded as a Commander.
*beep beep beep beep beep........*
Joe looks around a little confused. *What the...????*
He looks at his notepad and looks at the screen. **You got mail.**
He steps out of his bed and opens the message.
He starts reading than he sees [color=#000000]You are been promoted too LT-Commander.
He grins in the mirror and shakes his head *Lt-Commander* he thinks *that sounds good*
goodday sirs.
Let me first thank you for the promotion i will try too live up too my rank.
Oh and Ryan you deserve this promotion, ill be there too protect youre six.
Well i had a rough day.
I heared my fighter was grounded by the missouri deckboss some leak in the hydraulic system.
So i took out the havoc too do some tests and training.
Well i got my training.
I stationed on manhattan when a Xeno named smirnoff appeared.
He flew a viper and was very quik.
He was repeled by atleast 1 GB and me.
Believe it was Mr Orthega at the captchair of the GB.
After a while he ran into the debrisfields behind manhattan, i decided too follow him.
There we had some skirmishes as he tried too find a way too destroy my ship.
Soon he was joined by another xeno named jonathan he flew a eagle.
so i switched targets and hope too suprise this xeno with some heavy fire.
Seemed it worked than i soon notiched his ship was destroyed dont know iff it was my mine or some thing else but that didnt bother me on that moment.
After some skirmish Scmirnoff escaped too Colorado, i did consider too follow him but didnt i had some hull damage and my Nova launcher had some damage.
so i returned too the missouri for some repair work.
Later we had some hackers in texas.
It was a nasty fight.
Unfortunally i lost my bomber and had too eject.
Those sabre pilots are very hard too hit.
When i arrived at The missouri a alarm went off seems some hackers made it too westpoint.
I ran too the flight deck and notiched a unused havoc so i jumped in it.
when i arrived i noticed a hacker GS name Foximus_Prime.
Me, off Ypsilantis and off Mahler engaged them.
I think there was a other hacker too dont know the name.
I targeted the GS's shields and took them down.
I turned and tried too get a good position too fire well it was a full hit he had no change.
final note:
I was wondering are we allowed too mount special weapons on bombers?
Iff not i will mount 1 vengeance mk III on my havoc.
At least having some defence against those bloody fighters.

An epic day, to be sure.
My late shift started out normally, a few events here and there, when suddenly, I received a report of multiple outcasts at the Texas jumpgate. Heading there, I found several outcasts gathered, so I kept at a distance and retreated, summoning all available forces at Norfolk. We then set up, seeing the outcast ranks had swelled to 6 Falcata bombers.
The battle was surprisingly quick. One of the bombers fell quickly, quazar, and soon the Rapidez were destroyed. Afterwards, the Fire.Punk was annihilated, and only the insane Solari was left. With one lucky SN, he destroyed the Roanoke, which had managed to survive so far. However, his adventures did not last long, and he was soon destroyed by a smart supernova to the nose. In total, they had lost 6 bombers, while we lost the Roanoke
After this large adventure, we were ordered to split into groups and patrol. While on patrol in Texas, we found two hostiles, one being a gunboat. Both fled at the sigh of us. In addition, a junker was babbling over the comms about slaver. I suggest we keep an eye on this one.
Another day, and another victory for Liberty.

Zachary Ryans here, quite the report today. First, as previously mentioned by my friend Lt. Mike Ypsilantis, quite the Outcast squadron today. Including with them was the psychopath Solari, and the engagement was fierce. Thankfully, the only loss was a gunboat, versus the six pilots on their side. I must commend all of the present Liberty Navy pilots, who performed beyond the standard call of duty and proved to be excellent pilots. As far as myself, I scored kills on Carlos Rapidez and Solari, of course from my Havoc Bomber. I must say, reports of a new bomber, while welcome, have me worried as I have grown so attached to this ship.
Under orders from none other than Admiral Talon, Eddy Looper and I began patrol of California. Upon entering the system and engaging patrol we encountered the gunboat Big_Poppa. We quickly dispatched of him, Eddy dealing the final blow with a Mini Razor in fact. Shortly after we were engaged by a man "BW---" (ship's full name unknown), and again Solari--it seems he was saved and quickly put back in a ship. Both targets were engaged and I notched another two kills for my Havoc. Eddy headed planetside to rearm, while he did I encountered the pirate Crossbone. He, however, must have been caught unaware as he was downed in only two passes.
After the engagement patrol was reentered, and after a short time Phantoms were spotted in Alaska. Therefore I ordered all Navy pilots to Zone 21 to surprise the Phantoms. Engagement was had, but both Phantoms took a liking to me and teamed up on me. After approximately fifteen minutes, with my hull at ten percent integrity, I made a final pass on the Phantom bomber, and fired a Supernova round. At the last moment his shield flared and then failed, he had at the last second had his shields regenerate, and his rounds tore through my ship. I ejected and was tractored in, but was safely returned to the nearby Battleship stationed outside Norfolk, thankfully safely.
Thus ends my report as I sit here with some serious whiplash, but otherwise unharmed.
Ryans, out
