1. Remove the omicron 90 and omicron 100 jump holes from omicron major (inside the dyson sphere), and link both omicron majors. This will fix the problem of people smuggling through the order guard system, and also makes a hell of a lot more sense RP-wise. There's nomad gates in both omicron majors that are supposed to link, and the original entrance is by an alien jump gate in omicron minor.
2. "Unlock" the nomad lair in the Unknown system, so that you can dock with the nomad airlocks and enter inside of the lair.
Those two changes will open a ton of potential for Order and nomad/keeper RP.

well from what i know, the "inside" of the nomad lair is actually another system, so you'd just have to make the nomad airlocks in unknown work like jump holes
Maybe add a bit more fuzz to Nomadic systems? more Lair like things and such...

it isnt an interior, the inside of the nomad lair in the unknown system isnt even large enough to fit what you saw in singleplayer.
That, and I'm fairly sure the interior of the lair is listed as another system in the game files. Technically, you dont have to go through a long jumphole/loading screen to move from one system to another, ask the admins with their teleporting abilities =P
