I would say yes, but dont count on that. Also, could you tell me where to find both of these wonderful sounding mods? Wait, sound like you made them...
Hmmm, I don't use a mouse but a trackball instead. Gives me a better aim and I can move my crosshairs way faster since the accelerated mass is a lot smaller (only my thumb, not my entire hand, only rotating a ball instead of accelerating the mouse).
Plus I changed the color of my rotating crosshair to blue (due to my red-green disability), which was agreed to be okay by our government already.
I think modifications that only affect the client alone and leave the server out of it are not considered as cheating.

I don't believe there's anything wrong with them if they work clientside only and don't give you any unfair advantage like an aimbot would.
Don't take my word for it, though.
Furthermore, if this does get approved, I'd very much appreciate you letting others freely use (but if you choose so, not distribute or modify, or that too, all up to you) these mods, especially the first one.
Your call.

actually the joystick one would give advantage, as you could fire in a different direction then you were flying. Though you can kinda of do that now with the keyboard, so i wouldnt say it would be unfair, no more unfair than a $100 gaming mouse at least.
