Greetings gentlemen,
while patrolling Omicron 74, i met a junker with callsign Argonaft in a Salvager gunboat. So far nothing concerning. He docked at Freeport 15 and then continued his journey. Unfortunately he entered the restricted areas. So i asked him to stop, to explain them the policies regarding this system.
For about one minute, he didn't react. But then he cut his engines without me even firing any CDs. I thought "Jeez, he finally woke up". And hey, he really must have had a bad dream. This fool immediately opened fire on my bomber, without any warning.
I had no choice but to defend myself and blow his gunboat into pieces. And like we've seen so many miracles before, he appeared at Freeport 15 again, in a brandnew Salvager. He managed to dock at Livadia, no idea how he was able to do so. He had no docking permission.
Livadia's security personnel is after him, i hope they find him soon.
Due to some CD misfire in the fight, some other Zoners gone mad at me. Fortunately i could persuade them after the fight to calm down again.
If Argonaft ever shows up again and does any wrong move, dont hesitate to 'extract' his lifepod out of his vessel. Dotn let him dock on any zonerbase again. He must be crazy to attack us without any reason or warning, but still using the zoners facilities.
Cheers,

Topic: distress call from Bethlehem
Howdy again,
today we got a distress call from Mr. Matok, Commander of the [TAZ]I.K.S._Vor'cha. Some outcasts blatantly violated the Non Fire Zone at Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. So Johann, Louisa and me hurried to reach Bethlehem fast. A meteorological warning made us dock at Freeport 1, because we knew there was an ionstorm incoming. As we continued our journey guess who we met in California?
The Joker.
After some smalltalk he and one of his thugs attacked us. Matok was watching the skirmish. Not voluntary, his fingers really were itching ... but a navy vessel denied him entering the fight. He wasn't happy at all about this it seemed.
To make it short, the Joker and his minion got what they deserved. Beeing honest this was just a short success, we weren't able to get their pods.
So i'm afraid they will be arround soon again.
And ..well.., we never reached Bethlehem. The outcast already have been gone after this.
Thanks to Matok, Johann and Louisa.
Cheers,
Charles M. Burns

Subject: destroyed satellite
Greetings,
while i was an a routine inspection at Livadia shipyards, i received call from Mr.Burns. He was investigating a vessel called Inferno-Drone. It managed to keep the distance between it and us and reach his target unchallenged. We didn't expect another terrorist attack after the Joker, but it attacked and destroyed our Tirane orbiting satellite installation. Unfortunately he even escaped us and there was no way to keep up with the Inferno-Drone, nor to intercept it. It escaped via Theta to the Sigmas. Pilots, please make sure that this vessel never will make it again close to a zoner installation or base, under all circumstances! At least Mr. Burns was able to scan the vessel:

Topic: Intruders in O74
Ahoy gentlemen,
those intruders start to annoy me at most. Some even seem to be kinda dumb, they dont even follow any direct orders nor are they able to communicate in a proper way. You even cant give them any suggestions. In addition, some claim they want to join the Zoners. *shakes head* i'm disappointed.
Do they think we really believe such liars? They aren't able to follow the simplest Zoner policies and they think we reward this?
Latest incident was with a junker, callsign DrunkenTraderLMAO. Best example for an ignorant fool.
To keep an overview over such jerks, i suggest we introduce kind of a "We dont want you in O74" list. Vessels on that list wont expect any hospitality in O74 and will be removed with all what's neccessary. What do you think?
Cheers,

Topic: Bethlehem Station
As you may have noticed, Mrs. Salome and me did a little journey to Bethlehem Station in Pennsylvania. A pretty funny but also sad journey.
The fun started as we passed the hamburg system. Some rookie Rheinland militaries treated us like criminals. The cut the lanes, yelled that we have to halt. Well, i know .. they are at war, but a short scan would reveal we're nothing more then Zoners. Fortunately an experienced RM member has been arround and the situation was solved peaceful.
Be careful Liberty , here they come, the dangerous Zoners *jokingly*
To those who did not visit Bethlehem yet: it's a very beautiful station, i can imagine life there can be very comfortable, as long you dont leave the station. If you leave it, i recommend you to get some escorts ..at least if you're piloting a transport.
Due to that what i saw, pirates (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) frequently use Bethlehem. I spotted Xenos, Rogues, Outcasts, several independant pirates ..so, all kind of them. Some of them even do not respect the NFZ and chase their victims even in there. An example what happens close to Bethlehem are these two Xenos.
Unfortunately not only the pirates misebehave there. Some civilians like this DSE also dont care about anything regarding the NFZ or Bethlehem's safety. The Liberty Navy(1,2) also doesn't seem to care about it. Even a rheinland military vessel used this base, so i bet there is nothing you cant find there.
Later Louisa and me escorted the OSI hq ship from Pennsylvania to Freeport 10. I'm glad we're back now in O74. Pennsylvania is ways too crowded in my opinion, i dont want to visit it again that soon. And the situation arround Bethlehem doesn't seem to be under control, if you see if from point of view regarding the Zoner polices. These policies obviously dont worth a buck for most people there.
Well, just to keep you informed.

Subject: Alien samples
Greetings Mr. Lightwing,
first of all i have to apology my delayed notification. Two days ago i met a fellow zoner carrying alien samples to Corinth Research Station. His primary occupation is the professional acquisition of the mentioned samples in the deep Omicron's and he would appreciate a freelance employment for our future researches. He didn't divulge his identity, in case you need his services you have to leave a message at Corinth. He was flying a RedEclipse labeled T-493-B.

While I was not present during the ceremony, I want to congradulate Mr.Cabulb for his initiation. It is a fine achievement. I hope that in due time he will realize that the Consortium is the place to be.
