It has come to my ear that certain people realize the No-Fire Zone's shooting policies. So as to take the blame off of themselves, they are insulting and taunting opponents so that they open fire first. The most recent example of this is an issue between a Rheinland Bomber and a Unioner Fighter at Freeport 2. This incident resulted in a Supernova Cannon's shot hitting the Freeport, which is unacceptable.
So that this is clear to everyone, I direct you to read this document. (Message ID #5) Pay special attention to Section III, Clause B, Subclause 1.
Quote:Section III, Clause B, Subclause 1;
1. The No Fire Zone is an area in which no offensive actions are allowed. This includes the use of weapons (guns, missles, mines), intentional ramming, or provocative behaviour such as threats, taunting or masked insults.
Taunts, threatening behavior, and insults are all considered a violation of the No-Fire Zone, the same as violently shooting someone is. The reason for this is to avoid the situation that we had yesterday, which ended in the Unioner opening fire on the Rheinland Bomber because of the excessive insulting and taunting it demonstrated. So keep in mind, anyone exhibiting this behavior will be handled the same as if they had initiated hostilities with their guns.

What Miss Silvan said. Don't be a wiseass and taunt your enemies near Freeports. Zoners won't stand for it and we will tell you to leave if you continue to do it.

Miss Silvan,
I'd have to thank you for bringing this to everyone's attention. Couldn't agree more that the Freeport users of Sirius should pay special attention to this clause.
