Greetings fellow Officers and Pilots. Let me start off by bringing up the last few weeks, a family emergency pulled me from duty, and upon its reconciliation I spent the remainder of the time with the family aboard the Jamie's Transport, the trading vessel of my younger sister. Due to a large crew we spent almost all hours trading, and as a result of this hard work (and some luck) we turned over 2 billion credits!
Thusly, returning with my share of the profits, I have resumed duty and made a tidy donation to the Liberty Navy.
In other news I am extremely pleased with Admirality's decision to further reduce waste of resources, and decomission a large segment of unnecessary ships. To coincide with this movement, I will offer to all [LN] pilots my aid in setting up a Havoc Bomber. I will happily aid you with funds you may need to setup this ship, and know I am just now supplying our armories with a surplus of Supernova Cannon.
Also, congratulations to officers promoted during my term of leave.
I look forward to rejoining my friends in defending Liberty.

Sub Lt Watts here,
I have been on leave for a while now and i am very glad to get back with my fellow men again. I would also like to say thanks for the promotion, and thanks Zach, for helping me set up my bomber.
Patrol started today in a state of high alert, as we got news that two Nomad bombers, named 'Keepers', were headed our way. Vice-Admiral Hale and myself approached the two 'Keepers' and started to engage them after they fired on a gunboat in the vicinity. Their ships were small, agile and extremely powerful; they took down the first gunboat with ease. Almost immediately after, they targeted a second gunboat who came along to assist. Try as I might, i couldn't get the Nomad bombers with my SuperNova when they were engaging the gunboat. The fight soon moved toward Battleship Missouri, and the second gunboat was taken out by the might of the alien's weapons. Officer Walsh was quick to provide backup, however almost immediately after arriving at Missouri suffered a critical reactor failure and wasn't able to correct this. The Keepers took this as an opportunity to take out the officer's ship, luckily the ejection system still worked on Walsh's ship and he was able to be beamed aboard Missouri soon after his ship had been destroyed.
It was now down to the two Keepers verses Vice-Admiral Hale and myself. The Vice-Admiral lowered the enemy's shields, allowing me to hit them both with a SuperNova. A hazmat team was soon on the scene to clean up any residuals left behind by the Nomads.
Seconds after the last Nomad was destroyed, i had severe engine problems and i was forced to make an emergency landing at Fort Bush. It turned out that the engines had been infected with some sort of alien virus, no doubt a last ditch attempt by the Keepers to sabotage the ship. Luckily, the problem was found and the entire engine compartment had to be replaced, as such, i was off-duty for a good chunk of the day.
When i returned to duty with a new engine installed, i almost immediately ran into a pirate named 'Swashbuckler'. He told me he was leaving Liberty, i doubted this, but as he was causing no trouble I decided to let him run. However, later on, a small Outcast ship tagged 'Gomez.de.Ruiz' was ruthlessly engaging Liberty lawfuls for no apparent reason. I asked him to power down his weapons and hand over all lawful pilots on board, he refused and subsequently was engaged. Soon after, Swashbuckler made a return and immediately started firing on my ship. As such, i switched targeting sensors to Swashbuckler and he was destroyed with the help of Special Agent Frank Horrigan. A Xeno then approached Manhatten, where the fight was occurring, and engaged Frank. Special Agent Horrigan was more than qualified to take on this crazy Xeno, and i began a full systems check whilst he fought the Xeno. Another Xeno then came onto sensors, a bomber. I immediately engaged the bomber, and with the excellent fighting of Special Agent Horrigan, we were able to take down both the fighter and the bomber with relative ease.
I proceeded to Norfolk to make repairs to my ship when a pirate Sabre engaged me when he hacked a tradelane i was traveling down. I stood no chance against the pirate who quickly leveled my shields and soon destroyed my ship. I ejected, and seeing as it was near the end of my shift, i took the rest of the day off to write this report and feed my cat and such.
First, I will apologize that this report is late, 3 days old. I will catch you up on events of my shifts.
Saturday I was on Duty with 2 trainees, I am still unsure of the status of Cowboy, John and Corran, I know they have put in applications or so I am told. I will mention both have been very professional and good pilots.
During this duty we encountered one [Ipx]Fuzzy.Melon, Don_Stryker --BREAKING TRADE EMBARGO-- fined 4 mill --Paid. With profuse apologies. Things were fairly Quiet when Krusa joined us in Liberty. I noticed Krusa is Navy IFF and ID but independant, No LN tag. Due to shortage of Personnel in Liberty I accepted the help to my regret.
Several reports of Large ships of the Order had moved into Liberty, One being a Battleship Desiree.Cpt-K.Brown (Scans and Screenshots available upon request) another of the Order Mariya.Sokolov and one that was Merc Anubis.Aritu. Corran approached and requested them to leave, where upon Krusa shot him down. According to comms from Krusa -- keeping him from an incident, and that they were here at his request to help protect Liberty.
When I approached, I requested the Merc Anubis.Aritu to Leave as they are banned within Liberty. I was Hailed by the Order -Desiree.Cpt-K.Brown and told off at the point of a Cannon. The Order fired and then warned me off. I explained about the Merc needed to go... I was advised that the Merc was working for the Order and to back off. ALso Krusa enforced this and threaten to shoot me if I did not, in secure comms.
I therefore backed down as I was outgunned and outnumbered. This incident was not worth the loss of equipment.

Last Night I was call onto duty. I put in extra shift due to issue. It seems we had an Order ship in Alaska that was not coming out.... Upon grouping and following the Commonwealth and Durago into Alaska, Where we engage what turned out to be the Order Flag ship (Screenshots not available). I was downed before the Order ship but picked up and towed back to the West Point where my ship is undergoing repairs. I was hospitalized but believe I can return to duty in a few Days.
Patrol today was short and violent. At first I was the only officer on, so I took up guarding Zone 21, as New York was silent. I turned back one pilot who attempted to enter from Alaska, and also turned back another pilot who neared the minefield.
I was soon joined by Lt. Ypsilantis and Lt. Commander Hastings. Both engaged Basilisk with me, though Hastings soon broke off as work elsewhere was needed. Basilisk-now commanding a Slipstream fighter-was a hell of a good fight, but Commander Kreager joined us and shortly after, a well placed mine on my part put him down.
During this time a large group of Xenos entered New York and attacked Detroit Munitions. Ypsilantis, Kreager, and myself, along with a few non-tagged Navy pilots headed off the group of eight Xenos. Engagement on my part lasted a while, I scored a kill on one XA member, and two others fell, before I succumbed to fire from two Xenos that were on my six for almost ten full minutes.
I was forced to eject, and am awaiting a new Havoc upon the Missouri.
Ryans out.

Today i launched in my fighter today and must say i had a pretty easy patrol.
Incoming from Texas when captain Winston reported a outcast on Westpoint.
I docked with the tradelane too reach the station fast, many young naval recruits were practicing today and are not ready too fight outcast.
When i reached Westpoint the commander of the station had ordered all recruits back in the hangar.
I notiched that the outcast pilot was flying a scimitar.
A light fighter not heavilyy armed but very agile and fast.
At first i thought we never got this guy he doged oure fire very well, but i seems that that fighterclass isnt well armored against mines.
Westpoint recruits could presume there training again.
Later i encountered a Xeno pilot i followed him too the badlands there i lost track.
3 min later we were hit by a heavy ionstorm coming from the badlands there was no warning at all.
A short patrol.

Greetings all,
We have got some interesting news. And a request.
Our new's is that the San Francisco is no longer under my command, but the high command has already been informed of this. She will do well under her new captain.
My request is that I be allowed to have 2 codenamed weapons on my Havoc MK2 bomber. I have already purchased them, and if I'm not allowed to mount them will leave them with a friend to look after for me.

Another busy day in Liberty. My shift started with an abrupt start when I was alerted of two gunboats at Fort Bush. I immediately arrived on scene with my bomber and together with VA Hale we set about engaging the gunboats and a bomber that had joined in.
It was not long before the Outcasts were eliminated, so I returned to Manhattan to find a crazed Outcast Sabre running around. Oddly, he had already been destroyed twice...but none the less, we engaged and eventually scared him off.
Afterwards I caught the scent of yet another Outcast, this time these one simply cruised on by. I continued to pursue him into the Jersey debris field but broke off before entering the field.
A long calm peace then ensured, but eventually, like all good things, it had to come to an end. My scanners picked up a Corsair...near Manhattan, but closer inspection showed it to be a mercenary...with an interesting ship. Somehow, he had gotten the Raven's Claw. We (Galen Anderson, Fergus Welsh, and myself) asked about it, and demanded the 2 million credits fine for theft of the ship, but he refused to pay and opened fire on me. Needless to say, he did not last long agaisnt our assualt.
The oddity continued as I met a quirky civilian...piloting a Titan....
I disregarded him, content that the Missouri was right there watching him so I turned, with Fergus, towards Fort Bush...when suddenly the civilian opened fire, damaging my ship. We quickly turned, and after a brief struggle, his ship was destroyed.
At that time, a rogue gunboat wandered into our scanner range before disappearing again. We begun a frantic search for him, but we could not find the gunboat. At that moment, basilisk wandered near Norfolk, and we engaged. After a long fight, he finally crashed into the Missouri, his ship destroyed.
With that, the rest of my shift was calm and quiet...peaceful at last. I suggest we be weary of the corsair affiliated mercenary as well as the RMA civilian who simply attacked..in front of the Missouri.
