Now, as all of you are undoubtedly farmiliar with me, I may make my introduction brief and informal. I am Ironwatsas, Mercenary assistant to the GC... and Overwatch-Industrialist of the Transhuman arm of the Consortium Legion.
As you have been away for some time, Miss Takeda, I will explain further... as you know I have been rambling on about a 'Cyborg army' I have been constructing. Well, the army is beginning to take shape. I have a significant manufacturing center in a secret location near Kusari, and have ammassed to date roughly ten thousand soldiers, and a large number of armored vehicles. However, I am nearing the capacity of what I can build and store with my current operation, and unfortunately, It lies within close proximity to a major trade route, and an area of conflict between Bounty hunters and Pirates.
Because of this, I desperately need to relocate my main operation to a new base. A large scale facility capable of maintaining my current force and manufacturing new units. As well, it needs to be heavily protected from outside threats... specifically, if the Order or Slomon K'hara found out what I was doing and on who's behalf. As I currently lack adaquate space military forces to secure an area on my own, I humbly request the Sisterhood's assistance.
The facilities in the Tau-65 system, Kawada research station and Takada shipyard, would be Ideal locations for this project. As well, planet Kitahara offers a potential location for a groundside base to facilitate mining, manufacturing, and large scale training operations for my armored divisions. I would not ask this if I was not in such a desperate situation right now, but the Army is behind scedule, and my benefactors are not pleased.

What do you get in return, you ask? I could sit here for hours and explain the benefits the Sisterhood would recive from this alliance, but the most noticable and important is the fact that the Legion would be willing to utterly support you in your crusade for women's rights in a New Kusari.
You see, we too seek what you and the Blood Dragons seek, abiet for slightly diffrent reasons. The standing Kusari government is ignorant of the outside threats posed by the Nomads, and by extension the Ancients, should they ever actually return. As well, it's current state of affairs with Bretonia and the Corsairs means that is has a destabilising effect on the rest of Humanity as a whole. If the Nomads DID ever mount another invasion, Humanity would be divided and overwhelmed. This is besides the reasons the Sisterhood and Blood Dragons are already fighting for, which we also agree with. For the greater good of Kusari, and humanity as a whole, the current regime must not exist.
The Consortium is willing to pool whatever military and industrial resources it has with your own and that of the Blood Dragons, to the ends of replacing the Samura backed shogunate with a new regime. You will have your equal rights, the Dragons will have their redemption, and We will have our new ally. Our presance here will expidite that process significantly. To that end, standing Consortium forces will treat all GC and Dragon vessels as their own. And will accept orders from ranking GC officials.
Of course, there are many other benefits to this course of action as well. Access to advanced technology, Mutual defense against the Nomads, diplomatic support in your dealings with the various other factions, the list goes on.
But the descision needs to be made. Time is of the essance, as people are starting to become aware that there is more to me then meets the eye. Already, Samura and it's lackeys are probing the areas around my current staging area, poking their noses into things they shouldn't. I can't risk the KNF, or the Order, or the Corsairs, or anyone finding out about this, yet...
I wish to hear whatever terms you would have regarding use of your facilities, and if not that, atleast a military alliance. Before I make any concrete desicions, I would like the Sisterhood's input and questions regarding the Consortium.

Firstly i would like to say i am honoured to be asked to be the liason between our 2 groups and i gladly accept.
Back to the Protection of Yanagi Station... again i would have to say that we will help when we can but as you should understand we have many other enemies such as the KNF who actively seek us, to destroy our patrols, not so long ago a Corsair Cruiser went past one of our bases but fortunatly did not pick up Ainu.
It is but a matter of time till they do find us, and when they do, we need to be prepared.
So, we will help, but only when we have the time and forces to do so... hopefully this will help, If needs be, we can arrange a meeting, to further discuss these matters.

This Proposal of yours... as you know, we are friends but from what i have seen and heard i am cautious of what you are trying to do.

Your apprihension is understandable, but we need to expidite this operation.
It seems that certian parties are becoming aware of the Legion's presence in Sirius. Fortunately, said factions are closely allied with us already, but I cannot risk the KNF learning, until I have an offensive force with which to defeat any KNF activity that could threaten our operations in this area.
Miss Watanabe, we must meet as soon as possible and finalise the terms of this agreement. Our alliance with the GC is undenyably the most important strategic treaty we have in Sirius. We will speak more of this on private channels, but it has to be soon.
