A busy two days for me, as I took the the shift that encompassed most of the day. Of course, there were the run ins with smugglers, pirates and the odd nomad. I will start with the day report from 2 days ago and I apologize for not getting this in earlier. I started my patrol in Texas, as I quickly found Spirit236 hauling diamonds that were from Rheinland. I explained the situation to him and he complied by dropping the cargo, later being destroyed.
After the incident, I moved to New York seeing 3 Xenos harrass civilians near Manhattan space. Their names are Dodgers, Caleb Swift(XG} and XA-Xenopeltis. There were already officers repelling the Xenos however and their names are LN-Draco_Nephis, [LN]-Mike.Ypsilantis, [LN]-Adrian.Epsilon, =LSF= Copeland, =LSF= Shadow's.Hand, DW-Raekur. There were other pirates rumored to be in the area and so we had this force. During the fight, we crippled the Xeno Dodgers and the remaining xenos attempted to flee by thrusting. The Liberty Gunboat Draco_Nephis and I pursued them however, until they turned back and attacked us. They quickly ran as more support arrived and the threat, gone.
After much later in the day, I began my last patrol in New York alone, until I found Lane Hacker Rob Jarvis, Basilisk, and John-Calico, near Manhattan space. I ordered them to leave however, they refused and a fight ensued. Basilisk quickly left the fight and that left Jarvis and I to spar. I later learned that John Calico was a Junker and was not part of their force. Jarvis and I engaged in a duel and went on for several minutes until I was eventually shot down by the Sabre. I retired for the night as my Avenger was being repaired.
A busy day for me yesterday, as I took another shift that ate up most of the day. To begin the day, Rick Campbell was making trouble around Manhattan and I was pitted against him with [LN]-Ryan MacTavish, =LSF= Cartmen, =LSF= Garmen, [LN]-David.Hale, =LSF=Silverwolf and =LSF=Internity. Half of our forces were looking for another pirate however which I believe was a Rogue Gunboat. Rick was quickly destroyed behind Manhattan after several jousts.
After the incursion and patrols being dispatched to the =LSF= and [LN], =LSF=Internity and I caught [OTC]CounterfeitCarlos carrying artifacts which he successfully sold on Manhattan due to his quick jump into Manhattan space. I have taken a guncam of his hold and will be apprehended next time. A few moments later, he tries to make a break for it with a hold full of Counterfeit Software. =LSF=Cartman and I hailed him many times but received no responce. After this, we destroyed his ship, him not saying a word the entire time. While destroying the cargo, a trader by the name of Transport_Destroyer arrived and took 45 units of the contraband and I have evidence as well, however after several unsuccessful attempts of taunting me, was destroyed for disobeying an order.
A few patrols later, I found a Xeno by the name of Graille who was near Fort Bush. I ordered him to leave, but again I was forced to fight. I fought for some minutes, until I was crippled by friendly fire from the nearby station and my ship was destroyed as Graille took advantage of this.
In the later part of the day, another Xeno attack unfolded near Manhattan and this time, the oppresors were Chosen_Balthasar and Remiel. To my aid were Abraham, [LN]-Ryan.MacTavish and RobDollar. They were no match however, and the Xenos were quickly subdued. Shortly after the fight, Harvester 25 came in with his Talcara Cruiser. This situation was intersting because there was no hostility from the Harvester as it slowly turned back and approached West Point. I called for the aid of [LN]-Ryan.MacTavish, [Navy]Taylor and Casero, as I continued to follow it to the Rogue Destroyer in system. There, it opened fire on the Destroyer until it looped back again toward West Point. After repeated hails from the Commander and myself and receiving none, we opened fire and destroyed the renegade ship.
After the Harvester incursion, I began sweeping all of the systems for any activity, but to my surprise, there were none. A couple hours later, I found a nomad named ***unknown_contact*** and was attacked. [LN]-Zachary.Ryans and [LN]-David.Hale were also on scene, and did not interfere because of DW and KoF involvement. I dropped out of the fight, as the nomad was clearly outnumbered between the DW and KoF ships. During the fight, an Outcast Destroyer by the name of (ADMIRAL)Luis-Feorn arrived but was quickly destroyed by concentrated fire from everyone in the area. The Nomad was also destroyed minutes later.
Liberty once again, fell back into its quiet state as I patrolled the surrounding systems a couple times more until I recieved reports of a Rheinland Pirate Cruiser entering New York and hiding in the Badlands. The pirates did make a quick appearance and jumped back into the Badlands, and their names are: Kane Taggart (Rheinland Pirate Cruiser), Basilisk (LH GB), Rick.Campbell. Vice Admiral Hale on the Integrity assembled a force that consisted of LC Poseidon, [LN] Shad.Winston, Fred.Hertz, Nolan Wolf, =LSF= Copeland and =LSF=Infinity. We stationed ourselves near the New York jumphole, waiting for the pirates to jump out. During this time, a Luxury Liner by the name of Black Betty held a cargo hold of nearly 4,000 artifacts. We pursued her as she tried to jump and she did with success, but with us right behind her. She was destroyed after many hails and we also found the pirates. The Rheinland Pirate Cruiser went down with repeated fire from the bombers, Poseidon and the Integrity. Next to go was the Lane Hacker gunship Basilisk and then finally, Rick Campbell. We quickly left the area around the jumphole and back into hospitable space.

Wasn't reporting here for a while due to leave. But now I am here, on duty once again. Today, on my shift, we had like three encounters. I've catched up with Joe Mctyre, who was already patrolling the system by my arrival.
First. While launching from Missouri, I've noticed a BH IFFed Orca class Gunboat vessel. I've made a quick scan and discovered quite interesting things. Like:
- The ship was carrying 15 Wilde pilots, 25 Nomad biomatter storages, 5 Minor "Brains" and 1 Superior. But that's not all.
- The ship was carrying kinda "weird" ID. I hadn't find something alike in my Avenger's databanks, but I have an image of internal scan. It'll be in "Additional Files" folder down below.
- Full loadout of Nomad weaponry. God knows, where the hell he've obtained them, yet they were unsecured and mounted. In a few seconds, he bypassed usual landing procedures and somehow landed without using specialized eqipment. It haven't landed on an authorized landing site, so he's somewhere in unknown. LPI vessels are looking for him.
Second. A smuggler, identified as (EXP)BlackWar. I've detected him right next to Manhattan with 4295 units of Cardamine(proof is located in "Additional Files" folder). Due to absense of a Cruise Disruptor on my Avenger(TCD is replaced with a Mini Razor cannon). Me and few /LC/ vessels(/LC/-David.Taylor and /LC/-LRC-Matagora) waited a bit for a hiding smuggler. Soon enough, he revealed himself. Of course, his engines were quickly cut off. Ship wasn't responding at all in a few minutes, attemping to engage cruise engines sometimes. Vessel's captain wasn't paying the 4mil fine as well. So BlackWar was destroyed.
But what's that? The vessel launched again! /LC/ forces took care of him last time. I assume, EXP was an illegal droid, produced somewhere on Manhattan. No one can restore the ship and cargo THAT fast.
Third. An encounter with a Nomad vessel. Quick scans indicated this was a Nomad Light Fighter, called(?) Astarot. Instead of obvious blasting, I've tried to communicate with the alien. Head still hurts after that. Astarot was repeatedly "sending" something to my mind about "Give back Ours", "Return Valhalla", "These lands belong to us". We had quite a "talk". Nomad seemed pretty sure that he alone is able to stop our live in NY. Peaceful attempts to communication have aborted after Nomad "said" that we aren't useful at all. After that Astarot headed to Manhattan. That was a fatal mistake from his side. I've tried for one last time to get the jelly out without any shooting. No success. Via some kind of impulse, Astarot made our patrols to go after us instead of him. Surprised by sudden fire from a lot of sides, we moved out of Manhattan's orbit, where Joe mined the fighter to hell. I've had to go to West Point and fix my IFF, 'cause that Nomad screwed it up.
Iam aboard the missouri too take a break and reloading my bomber for a second mission.
I read the report of Sub.Lt Fox and i have some guncamera footage too add to his report of that bounty.
Iam wondering iff high command has some intel about this faction called Asgard warriors and what is its connection too nomads and bounty hunters.
I watched him land on manhattan but he left the planet soon.
Later i informed on the planet in the LPI headquaters what happend, they said they didnt grant him too land on the spaceport with that nomad cargo.
I asked him in open comm several times too explain why he carried that dangerous cargo and iff it was secured enough but he didnt answer at all.
I did not give the order too fire because there were a lot of civilians around who could come in danger by oure fire or risk the spread of yelliefish materials in manhattan orbit.
He left manhattan strange guy not very polite, i recommed too keep an eye on him.
Usual smugglers arrived from **Classified** too bring in some smugglewares but were stopped by oure bomber squadrons under the command of capt winston.

My day report for my shift yesterday. I began my shift in Texas and began and finished my patrol of that system. After this, I moved to New York where Phantoms were starting to make their appearance. Luckily, they were nowhere near the populated areas and were probably in the Badlands spewing their lies and propaganda. During this time, I had several Liberty Cutters on duty and just in time, had both Vice Admirals arrive with forces of their own. Our forces consisted of Vice Admiral Harper, Vice Admiral Hale, LC Daniel.Mathis, Nolan.Wolf, Lieutenant Darkmoor, and LC Poseidon. (25% chance of incomplete data). A [KoF]-CHiEf-O'AppLES! also arrived and assisted with his Viper MkII.
We were up against 6 Phantoms whose names were: Dark.Blossom, Glock., Nightsmoke, Banshee's.Wail, DarkStar and Shock. DarkStar was in an Outcast Destroyer, Banshee's.Wail being in a Liberty Rogue Gunboat, and others were in Sabres and 1 Falcata.
We found the Phantoms on the Fort Bush-Colorado Gate line. Our forces led by Vice Admiral Harper, concentrated fire on the Destroyer and it was quickly taken out. Another Phantom was also destroyed, however I have no information on that. We began taking losses as well, as the Rogue gunboat's 2 Dragonflys along with the other Sabres' fire took out Vice Admiral Hale and Lieutenant Darkmoor. Slowly, the oppressors were gaining the upperhand and overwhelmed us with the gunboat's missiles. I was eventually destroyed by the gunboat and later, Nolan.Wolf and Vice Admiral Harper.
Much later in the night, the Phantoms leaving and many of my fellow officers retiring, I took command of a force that complemented the LC Matagora, =LSF=Garmen, LNS-Lexington, and later the LNS-Santa.Fe and [LN]LNS-Repentence. I ordered all systems be checked of any pirate activity, however surprisingly there were none. There was a Z21 violation however, and I went into Alaska to check it out. I found junker named Fred.Sanford around Fairbanks killing nomads and claiming he was visiting his "cousin". I curtly ordered him to follow me and that this was restricted space, however he somehow landed on the station and managed to elude the LSF agents on board for an hour. I left Alaska, hoping to catch him another time and began a patrol of New York.
After the incident in Alaska, the Santa.Fe's long range sensors gave an alert that there was an Order Battleship by the name of [THC]BigFatty in Omicron Delta. At that moment, he was of no threat until he showed up on long range sensors in Omicron Minor. He was accompanied with a [Merc]KJ. Due to our past experience with this ship and what he enjoys to do, I ordered Condition Yellow on the Assault Battlecruisers. I gave command to Commander Winston in the Commonwealth as he began his shift and we continued to be on high alert until the threat had left.
After this, and my shift at its end, I spent the end of my shift in Texas on Embargo/Interdiction duty and found Fred.Sanford's comm signature again somewhere in the system. He was not caught however, as I did not have any intelligence on his whereabouts. An interesting ship by the name of GTFM (I believe Commander Mctyre had a run-in with him as well) stormed into Houston space and drew the fire of the Missouri. This happened quickly and I did not have time to capture any guncam shot of his ship, however I do remember his loadout. He did indeed affiliate himself with the Asgard Warriors and was in an Orca gunboat with a complement of Nomad turrets. I hailed him several times, however all he did was move into the tradelane and jump out to Hudson.
With the [LN]LNS-Repentence checking in and responding with an "All Clear" of the Texas system, I retired on the Missouri, ending my shift. Long live Liberty!

Sir or Ma'am,
I am a civilian living within Liberty. Today I was attacked by a Navy vessel with the markings [Navy]-Casero. This pilot attempted to pirate me of my Xeno pilots. Some of these were provided to me by another LN ship. Some I received through blood and sweat. Casero's attack upon me left me with nearly 1/4 mil damage to my vessel and the loss of my countermeasure dropper. I am a poor civilian. I barely make enough to feed myself daily. At present I have 1,400+ credits to my name and the Xeno pilots I plan to turn in for credits will not bring me anywhere near enough to pay for the damages inflicted upon my ship nor enough to purchase a new countermeasure dropper. I can barely pay for the bats/bots needed to protect me from future attacks.
I hope the photographic evidence will aide in the potential court marshal of this rogue Navy pilot. I am a taxpayer ... and I do not deserve to be treated in this way.
The door to the room creaks open and the light flickers on. He walks in wearing his lucky fishing hat, rod and beige jacket. He looks to the paperwork stacking up and sighs...

"Junk, junk, rubbish, spam...wait a minute, whats this from High Command...a promotion! Well thats a good way to start the new working week! Best get my request for a gunboat to high command asap..."
High Command I thank you for your decision to promote myself and many other good officers to higher ranks within the Navy. My continued dedication to Liberty and all her citizens is assured and this promotion will further help me protect the citizens of Liberty from any and all threats that may come her way.
Furthermore, i acquired a Liberty gunboat from a scrap dealer on Pittsburg a few years ago and have been fixing it up ever since. The gunboat now works as good as if not better than any other Liberty gunboat on the market today. With High Command's permission, i would like to put it into the commission of the Navy under the name [LN]-LNS-Indiana
I shall await your response before recruiting any crew members. Once again this promotion to Lieutenant Commander is greatly appreciated.
I have to say, its nice to be back on duty protecting Liberty's interests. Here's my report for the day.
To start the day off was a Rogue gunboat and a mysterious mercenary by the names Blackbeards.Pearl and Anthony.Ryans respectively. The power of the gunboat's turrets and homing ability of it's missiles meant my ship was soon overwhelmed. I am not sure as to the status of the Mercenary Anthony though.
After a new bomber was issued to me at Manhatten, i responded to a call that Corsairs were in California. The gunboat and bomber whizzed past me on the tradelane. As i was about to turn around, there were two Outcasts waiting for me at Riverside Station. With hardly a word the Outcasts engaged me. Ion storms prevented me to do much except dodge the incoming plasma-fire and hope that backup would come. However with most of the forces tied up with engaging the Corsairs in New York, i was on my own. My ship was once again destroyed and i sustained a minor fracture in my foot. In no way serious, but the doctors ordered me to stay in bed for at least an hour for the swelling to go down. Good thing they gave me some anti-swelling ointment or i could have been off-duty for days.
After pulling a few strings I acquired a new bomber and was back on duty after lunch. Soon after finishing my Beef sandwich, i tracked a Corsair Huntress, Chronoton, near Norfolk Shipyard. I ordered him to stop for a scan however he instead decided to engage me immediately. Shields failed immediately but after that I managed to dodge nearly all of his fire and land some SuperNovas onto his shields. The Dreadnaught-class Mini-Angel provided quick assistance in taking down the cruiser.
Unfortunately after this I lost my notepad somewhere on Battleship Missouri, as such there is a small void in the day.
Once acquiring a new notepad and finishing up some paperwork for my pending gunboat, i got back out there. There were some strange voices over the public comms system and i did a background check on the targets in question. Turns out that there were three SCRA pilots destroying anything and everything that came their way. Once i found them, i formed a strike force to meet at West Point and Captain Winston took things from there. Two ill-equipped bombers and an agile fighter were our targets. Massive Ion storms hit us and the fighter was impossible for my weapons to hit. I swapped to target one of the bombers instead. All targets escaped, but all of them were heavily damaged.
After Captain Winston retired for the day, I took charge of the forces in Liberty. Shortly after doing so, I was engaged by a Xeno and an Outcast in rapid succession. Thus my ability to give orders to other pilots was somewhat limited... I am however glad to report that both hostiles were destroyed with minimal loss of life.

As a quick end-note, Ensign Galen Anderson has performed excellent in his role as a Navy officer. He has thought on his feet when on duty and has always been there to back up any officer in need, no matter what the odds. I hope I'm not out of my place to recommend his promotion, but i believe he deserves it.
The paperwork for my new gunboat has been processed and requires the majority vote from High Command to get the ball rolling.
